What an amazing hotel, its full of character with parts dating back 800 years. We stayed in a family room and the staff were beyond excellent, nothing was too much trouble and made our stay relaxed and enjoyable. We were able to have a private dining room for our celebration and everything was exceptional, including the food. Yes the bathroom...

I am really late in writing this review, as my wife and I actually stayed at The Chapter House in December 2015. I therefore forget the room number, but we stayed in what I think is referred to as the 'King Charles' room, which was absolutely stunning. It was brimming with genuine character, which, along with genuine features, had been...

The Chapter House is exceptional, the hotel is truly medieval with the right about of luxury you require. The food is stunning and the staff are amazing. As I said as I was paying the bill - "The service I have received is the best in the UK I have come across in years!" And I have stayed in a...

Very small hotel with parts of it dating back to medieval times so it's full of character. Our triple room was beautifully fitted out in a style in keeping with it's age. The bathroom was tiny but perfectly adequate. The usual 'extras' - toilettries, tea & coffee - were all good quality and a nespresso machine was provided as well...

Thank you for your review. Character and quaint are wonderful words to describe The Chapter House. Quality products have been used throughout - thank you for the compliments. The Chapter House is wonderfully located across from the Cathedral and five minutes walk into city centre. We look forward to your next visit.

Very nice but sadly only a short one night stay. The Chapter House is what you expect of a Medieval Hotel. Not one stair is straight, and every corridor zig-zags . My wife and I had a suite which was rather good. The bed was awesome, the bathroom on the very small side, but functional. The public bar is nice...

I would gladly stay at this hotel again. It is a mediaeval building that has been converted with comfort in mind. Parking in Salisbury is problematic but this hotel has everything organised for a smooth arrival and free parking. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a good bathroom. We slept well in a superb bed and had a wonderful...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Parking around city centers can be problematic, but as mentioned we have permits available from reception to Brown Street public car park, which is less than a two minute walk away! All rooms have a character of their own, but all share the common theme of comfort. Thank you for...

Went for our first Sunday roast here and I must say we weren't disappointed. First class food and service will definitely be returning again very soon. The food was good quality, plenty of it and served promptly

One of our regulars, often mett with friends here for a beer and burger ( chicken burger is great!) Set in a lovely old building, with winding corridors out to a outdoor seating area. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Also has a hotel but never stayed.
