Chose this hotel as it was near the town hall ! What an excellent choice .we arrived early so were allowed to leave our bags as we ventured into town , which was a few minutes walk. Aya on reception was very helpful , finding us a downstairs room ! Room, clean , comfy bed , decent size bathroom with...

A warm welcome awaited us. Good clean rooms, comfortable bed, fresh fruit along with the usual amenities and all for a really great cost. To say we were surprised is an understatement. Would return if we were in the same necklace of the woods again.

A nice old 16th century modernised hotel in the city centre with parking for £50. The downside there is no food, but they will let you bring takeaways in and supply cutlery \ plates. There are plenty of other places nearby to eat & the same goes for breakfast. The rooms have tea and coffee, ensuites \ sofa. The staff...

I found reception to be extremely helpful. Always smiling and happy to help. Had to postpone my trip and this was not a problem. This time was in Room 4 which is on the ground floor. Walls are thin so fairly noisy and only small heater in room so quite cold but I knew it would be so no other...

Visited midweek having looked at other options in the town, no regrets in choice. Good value, probably equivalent to a 3 star hotel, with limited free parking, but, public car park not too far away with overnight ticket available. Be aware no onsite food or restaurant though a takeaway is next-door. On edge of town centre with easy flat walking...

Quick check in and very welcoming reception. Free WiFi , extremely comfortable hypnose bed, welcoming tray with water and apples . Right in the town centre. There is free parking but no breakfast although they give you voucher for free drink in Cote and Bill's. Very clean. Overall geat spot.

To be honest we really only need a room so we could attend a Christmas meal and drinks locally with friends. I went with the price as it was just before Xmas which is expensive enough. The room was extremely small although the bathroom was a fair size and had a good shower. Very little hanging space for clothes (no...

If you just want a cheap room for the night you can't beat this place. Very comfy bed, clean and for the very reasonable rates you can't expect five star luxury. 24 hour reception. Good, basic accommodation and a very civilised check out time - 11am. As for the reviews complaining because they missed check out time, did they think...
