The man at reception was very friendly and made me feel welcome. The moment I entered my room (108) however I was really disappointed. A very small room, poor bed, poor pillows and old worn out furniture. One thing is positive: the wifi worked. This is really not a room you can offer to anyone actually. The bathroom was also...

We stayed in another hotel nearby for a few days and it was terrible so we moved here to be greeted by a lovely warm welcome, the staff are great and the Italian restaurant Trevi downstairs is simply superb, the best I have had for a long time and we eat out weekly. The rooms are ok, clean and traditional...

Enjoyed staying here, was clean and service was great. Only thing is that the electricity went out at around 12 midnight, even though the hall lights were still on. I thought there was an electricity curfew, forcing us to go to sleep.

We arrived early. The receptionist was helpful and found us a room that was already prepared. The room was clean, if a little dated in the decor. We had a standard double with a very soft mattress. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good. A hot buffet and a selection of cereal, fruit etc. Overall good value...

Lovely , friendly staff. Comfortable family en suite with plenty of room. The carpets & bathroom floor needed some cleaning but overall it was a nice room. A travel cot was already there too, a convenient touch as we didn't have to bother with ours. The view from room facing the Thames was wonderful to see in the morning. Had...

I normally stay at the Thames Rivera Hotel - around 100 meters away - but as that was full I looked close by - this hotel was a great find - a great price, nice rooms - great eating venue and a old style pub - it also has plenty of parking. I think its a great alternative and still...

At £85 a night for B&B, you expect better than this. The location was great, but our room was on the 3rd floor: no lift, so the climb was not easy. A dingy staircase made us feel worse. The bed was clean but needed a new mattress and the shower was the worst hotel shower I've seen. Breakfast was poor:...

Good Afternoon Gary, Thank you for your review although i would like to disagree with a few points that you have made. I think you are being a little extreme by saying it would be quieter on the M25. As you can see from our other reviews we very rarely get complaints on noise in the Hotel as whenever there...

As soon as we arrived the staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel does not do itself justice from the exterior which is a little tatty looking but inside although obviously old it is very welcoming and is gradually being updated. Our room had everything you would need for our two night stay and the freshly cooked buffet breakfast was delicious....
