A really nice hotel in pleasant quiet location. Rooms were well equipped and decorated tastefully. Staff were very friendly both at reception and those serving breakfast. Parking was a useful option but was £15.00 I Would recommend this hotel!

This is a good quality hotel, the rooms are (the one I stayed in) are relatively small and the bathroom smaller and quite difficult to navigate into due to door position. The walls are quite thin so when my neighbour returned at midnight and decided to have a bath I was able to hear the entire experience... I almost felt...

We stayed for 1 night at the end of September and found our room to be clean and well equipped The staff were all very friendly - the barman opened up the garden for us to have a night cap and the breakfast waitress was also keen to be of service. The hotel is about 15 minutes to the town centre...

This hotel was booked by my employer (MOD) so not much I can do in that respect but I will be informing our booking service about the standard of the rooms. I was in Windsor to receive a Royal Investiture a very special occasion so the family were with me. The family room was worn out; as was the furniture;...

Dear Guest. Many thanks for your Trip advisor review the contents of which have been noted. Firstly I would like to apologise that your recent visit was not to your satisfaction. I don't normally write reviews but I feel the need to warn others of the terrible food served at this hotel. I can't comment on the rooms as we never stayed here but the food was appalling. I was treated to a red letter day dining experience so decided to try out the restaurant in this hotel. What a complete...

Dear Guest. Many thanks for your review. Having had the chance to investigate your dinner experience I feel the need to response to your comments made. All our food is freshly prepared on the premises and cooked to order using a commercial cooker and not a microwave. I have been advised that all three courses where consumed without a complaint...

I stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The staff I met were VERY friendly and helpful, the hotel was basic but very clean. the thing that let this hotel down was the breakfast, not hot, even after informing the staff on day one, i had a repeat preformance on day two. Many stairs and no lift.

Lovely little hotel. Not too far from Windsor high street or Legoland. Ideal base for Windsor tourists. Located on a lovely quiet little street. Really good quality breakfast. Helpful staff. Room was nicely decorated with air-conditioning which was nice during the min heat wave we experienced this summer. Stayed in a small double room, and indeed it was small. The...
