The hotel is in a good position to access the Castle and shopping centre. The hotel itself was a bit disappointing. We booked a standard double room. When we arrived we were put in a building not attached to the main building, which housed 4 rooms. The hotel didn't seem that busy, so can't believe it was full in the... More

Ordered room service, prawn cocktail, sea Bass n cheese platter, I stuffed my self like a king, had no food all day. Was a bit concerned because hotel was having a very large evening dinner conference, so I thought it could affect the service n quality of my meal, wow how wrong I was, the food was excellent, excellent.

Very nice Hotel ,staff very friendly and helpful , lovely and clean , meals all well prepared and cooked. . I would have preferred fresh milk for the tea and coffee in the room ,rather than that disgusting UHT stuff though .Also only two tea bags is not enough . The teapot at breakfast is so small . Otherwise a... More

We stayed in a lovely room (17) with a nice view of the Castle. The room was not particularily large but fine for a couple of nights - very nice en suite and tea/coffee facilities + flatscreen TV. The staff were all really friendly and efficient and the cooked breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is 7-8 mins walk from... More

Location seemed good, appeared ok at check in. Got to the room to be greeted by the smallest double bed. Looked more single. Tiny bath! We decided the room was more suited for single occupant. Attempted to go to sleep, room too hot, opened window, too noisy from road, attempted to go to sleep again on edge of bed (both... More

We booked the small double and stayed in room 39. It was great value and recently refurbished. The bathroom was really nice. The room was as it states, a small double so most of the room is the bed but this wasn't an issue at all as it was low cost. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. Bar was... More

1st impressions were quite nice. Friendly & helpful staff. The Car park is small & should be booked in advance to avoid any disappointment of parking there. I did not know that but the Receptionist was able to sort it out. Room was comfortable & clean. The only problem I had was it was directly underneath the flight path to... More

Four of us had 2 nights here, the hotel is a great location really, short walk into the town and in the other direction straight into the park and the castle is in front of you. The hotel though - we had rooms 10 & 11 on the top floor, the heat was incredible and the air conditioner neither use... More

Good location within walking distance of shops, bars and Castle. Small car park at rear but cost £15 per day which is a bit high if you just stay overnight. Bathroom in room 10 is very small and very difficult to get into! Very good breakfast and very nice comfortable room otherwise. Very clean and tidy and very helpful staff.... More

Stayed here for a night on business, it is a nice hotel, with very pleasant staff. The building is situated within a few minutes' walk from town centre, and has on-site parking for 15 GBP per day. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the lady at reception recommended a local pub (Windsor Castle Pub) just a few minutes walk... More
