Stayed here just for one night. Very large spacious room with a very comfortable bed. The added bonus was a small terrace. Very clean Easy access to room with your own pin number. Good selection of hot drinks. The hotel is in a perfect location for all shops and parking only 2 minutes away. Would definitely recommend and will return...

This is not my first stay at this location, won't be the last, having used it whilst on business and for pleasure purposes. It is a great location: for Windsor and the area with plenty of good pubs and restaurants, for central London as trains run straight into Waterloo or Reading and for Twickenham (rugby ground), which is what this...

We recommend this guest house, very close to Windsor castle and town center. Good to know that bus nr 8 will take you all the way from Heathrow Airport just outside the guest house less than an hour for 4.90£/p. Really neat and clean room, WiFi, TV, hair dryer etc. A super market just across the street. Only minus is...

My three criteria for a guest-house are that it has to be clean, comfortable, and have good wifi. This had all these - and a very good shower as well. It is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the centre of Windsor. The surrounding area is a bit drab and the traffic is noisy, but once inside the bedroom,...

We have had another pleasant stay at Charles House. It is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We were there for the races and this hotel is very convenient. We booked the whole place for family and all the rooms were of the same standard. We did meet the owner who said we can call her anytime. Thank...

Description of the property was spot on. Great location to Windsor Castle and the shops, cafes, restaurants, etc with a supermarket just over the road do very handy. Communication was excellent and self check in very easy. As with other reviews you can hear the road moise which doesn't bither us...but we visited in the heat wave and as with...

Perfectly located B&B in Windsor. Easily accesible from main roads in and out of the town, few minutes walk from the town centre. Clean and fresh and didn't notice any noise even with the windows open.

Pleasant stay. Well-appointed rooms. Feels private and calming, like having your own apartment in Windsor. Comfortable beds. Convenient for bus to Heathrow International Airport (bus stop across street from Charles House).

On first look it did not appear to be a hotel as it was a house on the corner of a busy main road just outside the main city centre of Windsor. A code to enter the door and room was superb as it was the last 4 numbers of your phone. Not having keys to worry about was brilliant....

Great location for access to anything in the town centre with a convenient Coop opposite. We stayed in Henry...a lovely large room...very well appointed...but at the front of the house, right by the traffic lights. It might be better mid week but on a Saturday there was only a two hour gap between the cars until 3am and the first...
