Lovely and peaceful, with a most gracious staff, gorgeous gardens and an excellent breakfast. Our room was comfortable and well appointed with balcony overlooking garden, coffees/teas and spacious bathroom. I would have loved to stay longer, and look forward to going back sometime.

Parking is easy in front of the house You are welcomed by the lady of the house, who shows you the way. The gardenroom comes with excellent views over the garden...

My wife and I spent 2 weeks here. We think about it often: how nice the owners were, and staff, and how sensitive they were to our needs. The room was comfortable. And my wife liked the bath tub. The breakfasts were particularly fabulous, with a large selection of fresh fruit, juices, breads, and other delights. The Eggs Benedict were...

The house and garden are beautiful. Location is superb - a very pleasant ten minute walk down a windy country road into Broadway, one of the Cotswolds' most charming villages. Also good for walking to the Broadway Tower which is the second highest point in the Cotswolds and so gives great views of the region. Breakfast was also excellent in...

We stayed here 8 years ago, having tried all the other bigger name hotels around Broadway, and found it charming, quiet, secluded, atmospheric and perfect as a base for the area. Nothing has changed! Nigel and Annetta are charming hosts, who do want their guests to feel at home and enjoy the place. Very attractive grounds, and a 15 minute walk down a...

A quiet and rather refined place to stay. Welcome was excellent as was the breakfasts. Our room was very well appointed, and very comfortable. Only a few minutes drive to get to main area of Broadway. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for here. Highly recommended

Good Location, clean, room facilities, garden Bad On arrival the room I booked a few months earlier with the balcony was occupied and it was clear that this was not going to change, we were offered an “upgrade” and as this was a special treat and day for my wife, I did not want to cause a scene.
