Graham and Karen could not have been more welcoming, a lovely, friendly couple who go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The house is beautiful with a gorgeous garden that can be enjoyed on warmer days.
The room (we were in the red room) is pleasantly decorated and a good sizewith plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, ours had a beautiful view across Malvern as far as the eye could see. The shower room is small but comfortable enough for one person at a time - very modern, clean and plenty of hot water, towels, face cloths, toiletries etc.
The breakfast menu is extensive and high quality, excellent fruit selection along with cereals, yoghurt, fruit juice etc to start with and a very flexible menu selection of cooked food (Karens bacon and scrambled eggs need a special mention!) along with delicous toasted home made bread.
Graham and Karen do not intrude and will not enter your room during your stay, but are extremely accomodating with any requests for more tea/milk/biscuits etc and there is an additional kitchen/boot room facility on the ground floor with a fridge and other utilities available for guest use.
The stairs are quite steep and might be difficult for anyone with mobility issues but there is at least one guest room on the ground floor and I noted that they offer alternate breakfast facilities for anyone who can not manage the stairs to the first floor breakfsat room.
All in all we had a very pleasant stay and highly recommend this guest home to anyone staying in the area.

This was our first visit to Ashbury House.
Graham & Karen gave us a warm welcome and even though restrictions were still in place at that time we felt well looked after and that all Covid safe practices were put in place.
On our arrival we were shown to a beautiful garden and decked area which had views for miles and really lovely seating area for sitting and eating. Karen served us tea and home made cake, gluten free for me . It was so nice to have an outdoor space to sit and relax.
We stayed in the Green Room, it was very clean and comfortable with a modern ensuite with large shower.
The breakfast room is exceptional and we enjoyed all the attention to detail and how tasty the food was, with fantastic views across Malvern to enjoy from where we were.
Our main memory of our 2 night stay at Ashbury House was that Graham and Karen were superb hosts, friendly and fulfilled any requests promptly and cheerfully. They were very knowledgeable about the area.
We will definitely stay again when next in Malvern and thanks for a very relaxing break away.

Stayed here for 2 nights, saw the gorgeous B&B advertised in the Saturday Express magazine.
When we arrived we were served tea and home made lemon drizzle cake, delicious.
Graham & Karen are the perfect host, nothing to much trouble, we had the green room on the ground floor which was perfect, breakfast outstanding, so much choice, homemade bread, jams & marmalades.
Lots of Cereals, fruit , juice and lovely choice of cooked food.
All Covid safe.
would highly recommend and would stay again.
Thankyou for an amazing stay.
We booked dinner at Peppes (Italian) and Eastern Eastery (Indian) again all covid safe and delicious food.

A weekend visit to Malvern recently was even more pleasant by staying at this excellent B and B. The owners, Graham and Karen, are extremely friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. The house is beautiful and extremely well kept, our downstairs room - though on the small side - was very pleasantly decorated with good comfortable beds, exactly what is needed after a day's walking in the hills! Speaking of which, it is ideally located for accessing the Malvern Hills for walkers and Malvern Link railway station is not too far away if you want to explore other places to walk. An ample and delicious cooked breakfast provided set us up each day and there is a communal area where one can make use of a fridge to store drinks and food and a table in the hallway if you want to eat a takeaway - it's almost like being in your own home! Recommended certainly.

Really lovely B&B. Rooms spotless. Quiet and comfortable. Graham and Karen are fabulous hosts. The breakfast is upstairs with a fabulous view - white linen table cloths and a choice of items for a cooked breakfast. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Ashbury B&B is situated on the side of the Malvern Hills, meaning you have beautiful views from the windows and on the street.. The beginning of the walk up to the Worcestershire Beacon is very nearby, (although the walk itself up to the peak is gruelling). To get to the centre of the beautiful town of Great Malvern, you walk less than a mile, and it is all fairly flat, and has far reaching views across the rural Severn vale. Great Malvern has lots of good shops and restaurants. We particularly liked the new craft beer bar, the Weavers of Malvern. There is also much to see in the town, the Priory, the Museum etc. Our hosts were incredibly helpful, supplying restaurant recommendations, a welcome cup of tea and homemade lemon drizzle cake, and a delicious breakfast each morning. The bed was wide and comfortable and the bathroom was minimalist and clean. I highly recommend this bed & breakfast, but you will have to plan ahead, they’re always full!

For the second year running, we decided that the Ashbury would make an ideal base for a touring holiday. As before, Graham and Karen made ideal, friendly hosts; the room was comfortable and provided delightful views over the vale and the breakfasts were everything that a full breakfast should be. We would not hesitate to return again, if we re-visit this corner of the world.

Spent a lovely relaxing three night break at Ashbury B and B overlooking the Malvern Hills. The owners Karen and Graham are very welcoming and cannot do enough for you but are not intrusive. Welcoming homemade cake and tea/coffee on arrival and Karen supplies a really substantial breakfast together with homemade bread and preserves. Try it - you won't be disappointed.

I can only endorse everything other reviews have said. A lovely warm welcome from Graham and Karen. A cup of tea and a delicious piece of homemade cake on arrival. A very comfortable room with everything you could need. Lovely linen and towels, soap products and tea/coffee making facilities. We had the Red Room on the 2nd floor with lovely views. It’s up two flights of quite steep stairs so ask for a ground floor room if that’s an issue. Absolutely delicious breakfast beautifully cooked by Karen and served by Graham. A lovely garden to sit and relax in at the end of a day exploring the beautiful town of Great Malvern. Lovely friendly hosts who made us very welcome. Thank you Val & Chris

A really elegant and comfortable house that was a pleasure to stay in. Immaculately furnished and decorated fitting its Victorian origin, great array of family and house history photos.
Graham and Kath are friendly and welcoming hosts, unobtrusive but they’re if needed. There is a lovely terraced rear garden and parking space at the front. Our room (Red) had extensive views over the countryside and was quiet and comfy.
Breakfast, just right, and it’s about 20/25 mins pleasant walk to restaurants in the town.
A lovely break on our way home.
