Storm Dennis was a brute in many areas not least Worcester and surrounding area. After 4 hours and getting about 20 miles (roads closed, overflowing ditches and rivers) it was time to call it a day. We stopped at this beautiful B&B to beg room for the night. Pauline couldn’t have been more thoughtful and welcoming. She quickly got the perfect room ready for us. A large en-suite twin, spotlessly clean and very well equipped eg television, kettle, tea coffee etc toiletries and the most super thick, fluffy towels.
The manor house and grounds had been completely renovated by Pauline and her husband, Stuart in 2017 with imagination and to a very high standard.
Then there was a large Television / sitting room just for guests and my granddaughter couldn’t have been more delighted, a grand piano. Pauline’s encouragement to play it didn’t fall on deaf ears.
The next morning breakfast choices including a plentiful English plus cereals, fruit juice, or kippers, smoked salmon and more plus homemade bread was ready when we were. Lovely.
We carried on our journey well refreshed but not before Stuart had spent 1/2 hour devising a way home through the least amount of water!
But this beautiful, luxurious B&B is not just a refuge in a storm. It is in a lovely part of Worcestershire for walking, a few miles from Worcester, not far from the Malvern Hills in a quiet little village with pleasant pub / restaurant not far up the road. We might go back even though we only live about an hour away on a good day.
It really is the is the Best.

My husband and I were greeted warmly by Pauline who couldn't have done more to make our stay wonderful. We had flasks of fresh milk, a lovely assortment of teas, homemade jams/marmalade and bread and local spring water. Damsons at breakfast were delicious and the breakfasts were generous, perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. Pauline had the Baby Grand Piano moved out so that I could play it which was such a treat. A delightfully peaceful and picturesque with the beautiful Malverns only a few minutes drive away. Our Kingsize bedroom was relaxing in decor and extremely clean with everything we needed. I recommend staying here wholeheartedly.

We were looking for a vacation where we just wanted to wind down and relax and not have to plan the day with activities. Our stay at Queenswood bnb was just that. Our hosts were very kind and caring.
Everything, including the room and ensuite has been very thoughtfully planned to give one no grief whatsoever. There is plenty of outdoor space to walk around, plenty of common areas to sit outside of ones room in the property. They also have good books stashed all around the property if one wants to pick something at random to read. We had an amazing time playing with their dogs. A short walk takes one to the nearest pub for a hearty meal. Its a great plus that the stay comes with breakfast as the place is a bit remote for anyone travelling without a car. However one can always hire a taxi from Great Malvern. Great for long walks, relaxed atmosphere, the views are brilliant too.
Our hosts were kind to provide us information to get to Ledbury, which is just 30 mins bus ride away from the property with the bus stop right outside the gates. Ledbury is another pretty village with tons of history and small independent shops and restaurants, makes for a great day trip.
Thank you Pauline and Stuart for a fantastic stay.

We stayed over for our wedding night and the whole experience was perfect. The room was lovely and clean. Elaine was welcoming and lovely in every aspect, she made us feel at home. Breakfast was stunning and catered for my wife's dietary needs with no fuss, great selection of choices and just what we needed after a very busy day and night of celebrating our marriage.
Thank you so much and we can't wait to come back to celebrate our anniversary.
It was the perfect end to our perfect day, we could not have asked for more.

We took 3 of the bedrooms as we were all going to a wedding in the village. We stayed 2 nights and had an 11 month old - it was our first trip away with her and we were a little nervous. There was absolutely no need to be - Elaine made us feel so welcome and at ease and she was always there if we needed anything. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the garden was beautiful. We loved the dogs and cat too. To top it off the breakfast was absolutely delicious and Elaine was such lovely company. One of our favourite stays at a BnB we have had - would definitely come back to explore more of the local area.

We recently had an enjoyable three-night stay at Queenswood. In the absence of Pauline & Stuart, Elaine and the pets made us very welcome.

The house and the gardens are delightful, and the breakfasts were everything we could have hoped for.

Unfortunately the edge was rather taken off our visit by the excessive heat in our west-facing double room, an issue which will have to be urgently addressed with our increasing summer temperatures.

Beautiful place that is exactly as you see in the photographs, I travelled alone to attend a party in the evening and my room was huge, warm, cozy and immaculately clean. The bathroom was superb and water was lovely and hot :)... Breakfast was yummy in a lovely environment (and a special treat of seeing a puppy, as Pauline knew i was missing my pooches) The host Pauline is fabulous .. i really wish i needed to travel to Malvern more often so i could stay there again and again ... superb B&B

We stayed here on the recommendation of friends who have recently moved to Cradley. We're so glad we took their advice - absolutely wonderful stay. The owners happened to be away so we were looked after by Elaine who couldn't have been more welcoming.
Others have really covered everything there is to say about this excellent B&B, and we agree with all of it! Cannot speak too highly of it.

We stayed 2 nights as part of a wedding party, we could not have been made more welcome or better looked after. There was so much care and consideration for our needs, extra people coming and going. Lovely comfortable, bed, bedroom, sitting room, conservatory and grounds. Our stay here really enhanced our whole wedding experience. Thank you.

We live in Derbyshire and this was a perfect halfway point at which to meet our friends from Somerset. Despite owners Pauline and Stuart having their garden open for the first time, we were very warmly welcomed. The house is extremely well appointed and our rooms were very spacious and welcoming. Beautiful decor and high-quality fittings. Breakfast was superb with excellent choices. We had the use of a lovely lounge and conservatory with a piano (wish I could play). We were also able to wander round the beautifully landscaped garden.
