A fantastic stay, the staff were exceptional, welcoming, friendly kind caring and very helpful, they went out of their way to do their best for you, nothing was to much trouble. The disabled room was well thought out and with plenty of room to get around and would be suitable if you were a wheelchair user, everything was at an accessible height, there was even a low level spyhole in the door. The only downfall for myself was in the bathroom which was well designed and spacious I needed somewhat to rest my crutches if I wanted to use the shower, I had nowhere to rest them that would enable them to keep dry and therefore reduce the risk of slipping on a wet or damp floor. The tea tray was not overloaded which avoided waste but in the reception area there was a table where you could go and pick up extra supplies if you required any. We had the meal deal, which is excellent value for money, and were told that we could arrange for a takeaway breakfast box as we had an early morning start. The meals themselves were well cooked, presented and hot 2 with a good choice and again the staff were outstandingly helpful like and gave a good service. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough for anybody wanting to stay in this area. A big thank you to all of the staff who contributed to making our stay a very pleasant one.

We stayed 3 nights mid-week. The room was comfortable and had everything we required. The bed was comfortable and the quality of bedding and towels was good. Wi if was slow and wouldn’t have been acceptable for streaming and gaming, but you could upgrade the WiFi at an extra cost. The room wasn’t cleaned due to COVID restrictions but the staff were very helpful in providing clean towels and extra tea and milk. The Beefeater pub was literally a few yds from the front door and provided an excellent breakfast with friendly staff, and we ate there on 2 nights, again with a good choice of meals at competitive prices. Great location just off the M5 which we chose for convenience. Would definitely recommend it.

Our room smelt musy and the bathroom had a strong smell of urine, although it was very clean just didnt smell too good. The food at the beef eater was awful. Chicken ceaser salad and my chicken was pink with one bit still containing blood. My daughters mash was like a piece o rubber and when the bill arrived they had added on extra drinks we hadn't had. Vending machines were out of order in the foyer. I love a premier inn normally but this was a little tired run down and beds were not the usual premier inn standard awful nights sleeps.

Great location (off the M6). Beefeater opposite which was very good for breakfast. Rooms are clean and the hotel seems relatively new, if not new, then well kept.

On site parking was good. The out of town hotels are good for parking.

Rooms were warm, but 2 fans provided, so a bit of relief from it. It was however the warmest weekend of the year. Was provided with a duvet cover and discarded the duvet.

A particular mention to the guy on reception during our stay. He was on duty on Friday and Sunday. Very friendly and helpful. We didn't ask for much but he was very accommodating.

Guests were asked to wear face masks in the hotel. However, the staff who were seen around the hotel were not wearing masks at all, which was a real concern.

I accept that the glass protects those at the reception area, but anyone else should not be excluded, that includes the staff.

Fantastic place to stay and I would highly recommend this location to friend and family. This Premier Inn is certainly more luxurious than Worcester Travel Lodges we have stayed at in the past. The staff were extremely accomodating when asking for additional towels, pillows and other items.

All staff were friendly, approachable and made our family stay welcoming at all times. Thank you to all who made our stay less stressful.

The room was clean, tidy and presenced well on arrival and throughout our entire stay.

Thank you so much.

First time at this one and after my last stop at Gt Whitcombe, I wondered whether I would have to 'walk 500 miles' to find food on this occasion or perhaps shower outside, as long as it was raining! However I have to say this hotel becomes one of my favourites. Great check-in staff, very friendly and efficient reminding me to pop my vehicle reg' into the parking screen and asking whether I would like to book a time for dinner and what time I required breakfast. The room was clean, a good size with some space in the bathroom too but I'll have to say it again, 'I still wish the bath's were replaced with shower cubicles'. Bed was the usual very comfy item. Moving on to dinner; waited mere seconds to be dealt with and given a table. Plenty of room in the restaurant, good beer, the Moretti was spot-on and my gammon steak appeared just a few minutes after ordering (it seemed); it was cooked to perfection. The bar area is a good size with stools around high tables as well as low tables but could use a few more soft seats (those little round cushion Carver's are damned uncomfortable!). It was a warm night and so was the room and as I live in the country I'm not used to motorway traffic noise so don't open the windows, so I did have a little trouble sleeping but that's my problem. Breakfast next morning was equally good, ranking amongst my best ever Prem' ones. Again, the server was with me within seconds and pointing me to a table and after pointing out the continental area, asking if I wanted time before ordering or order hot food immediately, which is my preferred way. Again it appeared within a few minutes and was really good with an egg that had a runny yoke rather than the white, which is a real treat. The sausage was good with the 'Cobham Armoured' skin nowhere in sight which was a double bonus! Coffee machine filled the mug to a decent level and it was hot. Now here's the thing that made it the best Prem' breakfast I can remember: I popped two slices of bread under the toaster and when they dropped out the bottom they were done exactly how I like them, not anaemic and requiring multiple journey's between the heating elements - if you know, you know! So overall, Worcester J6 has to be one of my best ever visits, probably top 5 at least!

Last time I stayed here was 6 years ago. Mainly now use Premier Inn in centre Worcester as closer to Restaurant., However because that was full came back here. Still the same friendly hotel it was before, quite good parking and easy access. Used taxis in and out of centre and because two of us had rooms overall cost including taxis was less than staying in the centre.

Booked as an overnight stop on our return from Cornwall. Pleasant room and friendly staff. We had a comfortable stay and opted to purchase the cooked breakfast which was served up in The Three Pears, a Beefeater on the site. The Covid arrangements were well signed and worked well. The breakfast was freshly cooked and very tasty. Recommended for a stopover we would stay again.

Great location and easy to find. Just 3 miles from Worcester, 5mins drive. Rooms very clean and comfortable although quiet hot at night and our room was the same side as the pub so a little noisy about midnight with people leaving but otherwise it was ok. All the staff were friendly. The breakfast was well presented and ordered eggs to my liking, poached eggs which were served with a runny yoke instead of being rock hard like previously experienced in a different Premier.

Hi there Thanks for your query. The lift is still out of order and will be up and running by September. The hotel have been advised that the issue isn't repairable, so they're having a new one built in. If you require a ground floor room, you can contact the hotel on 0333 321 9194 (option # for Reception) and they'll see what they can do for you. Hope this helps. Regards Amy Premier Inn Team
