Arrived early for my two night stay. This was not a problem for the gentleman on reception. Slight problem with the computer system but his outstanding customer service shone through and I was in my room in no time. I was in a premier room the business room. The decor was nice but the sheets were very badly stained. The room was incredibly quite and I had no issues sleeping. The next day I requested more coffee pods and milk and the same member of staff had them to my room in record time. So outstanding service just let down by the sheets. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Hotel's Favourite
Clean, comfortable, with a view of the sea. (A bit misty because of the weather) Location is on the seafront, about 5 or 6 minutes walk from the station, with shops, bars and restaurants close by. The meal deal was good value, with a healthy, vegetarian main course, and a massive English breakfast. Unfortunately the main entrance is at the back of the hotel, but that was due to COVID restrictions. The hotel is COVID safe, with carefully planned access, spotlessly clean premises, and plenty of sanitizer. The staff are professional, very friendly , helpful and courteous.

Hi there Thanks for taking the time to share your review. I'm really sorry to hear you were disturbed during the night, but pleased to see this hasn't put you off returning. I've passed your feedback on to the Hotel Manager so they can pick this up internally and see what can be done to avoid your experience being repeated. We look forward to welcoming you again soon, but if you do have any issues, please let the team know at the time, as they're on hand 24/7 for our guests and would have been happy to assist to ensure you had a quiet stay. This Premier Inn has an excellent location on Marine Terrace, close to shops, cafes, pubs and of course the sea front. Reception staff were helpful and Covid precautions are in place. We stayed in a superior room for the first time and it was as comfortable as all Premier Inn rooms with some extras such as a Nespresso machine. The hotel was busy with leisure and business clients and was quiet for most of the time. Dinner needed to be pre ordered from a limited menu; meals were good but the presentation in cardboard boxes left something to be desired. There is car parking but it was difficult to park if you went out and came back later in the evening. Overall, a good stay and somewhere we would stay in again.

Just back from a few days in Aberystwyth. We’ve stayed with Premier Inn many times over the past 10 years but this year it didn’t have the same feel. I understand the restrictions due to Covid-19 but no toilets in the restaurant? No seated evening meals but take-away to eat in the room. I was brusquely informed there were no Gluten Free evening meal options available, not even a jacket potato. The safe meals are always a big tick in staying away from home. I must say the lady in the restaurant at breakfast (each morning! Becky I think her name was. Absolutely the epitome of wonderful customer service. On the Tuesday & Wednesday mornings, a young gentleman joined her in waiting on the tables. He had the biggest and brightest smile. I don’t think I shall return here until after restrictions are lifted. However, the two staff I mentioned both deserve a pay rise and kudos for being so fabulous!
