Stayed here for a night in August whilst on a short break. Hotel is perfectly adequate for a stopover. The staff were very pleasant; the bed comfortable and the breakfast what you would expect for a pre-cooked buffet. If there had been a 'good' category I would have used that - but there isn't!!

We stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and can provide a genuine review which we hope will be of use to other visitors. This is a small family run hotel so don't expect all the facilities that you might be used to in a larger hotel/chain. It is based in a historic building which has been simply furnished in...

Just spent a two night break here. The double room was comfy, extremely clean with lovely white linen and towels. The tea tray was bursting full and included complimentary bottled water, I know it doesn't cost much, but it's a nice gesture. The breakfast was gorgeous and buffet style, with everything topped up regularly. The hotel was walking distance to...

Extortionate price, abysmal housekeeping and dreadful attitude. Charged £150 a night for a small stuffy attic room. 3 single beds squeezed close together, one entirely under the eaves so nil headroom, access to wardrobe blocked by beds, access to bathroom blocked by table and chairs. No floorspace to open cases. Plaster falling off walls. Windows painted shut. Found container with...

Fantastic place for families, couples for everyone! Bed very comfortable, fatalities like a hair dryer, hot chocolate, coffee and biscuits. They served full fresh English breakfast with lots of choices cereal and teas. Service very friendly. I can't ask about more from bed&breakfast :) good luck for future and see you soon

Friendly staff, reasonably priced in a town where the prices are inexplicably high. The bedroom was very comfortable with all the facilities that you need - it did have the smallest TV that I have seen since the 1980's but I was not there to watch the telly. Buffet breakfast was generous and hot, if not an exciting culinary exploration...

As a family we checked into The Four Seasons Hotel quickly and efficiently. We were in suite No.37 which had been finished to a high standard. I've paid big money to stay in Estate Hotels whose standards were low & disgusting maybe they should take a leaf out of the Four Seasons - the staff here know how to prepare...

Booked Four Seasons hotel through Booking.com. Within days had an email offering an upgrade for £60, which we did not take advantage of. We were travelling between Stratford on Avon and were due to book into the Four Seaons at 5pm. At 10am we had a phone call to say that a couple had to stay on for a few...

Booked two rooms for two single ladies. My friends room looked like a broom cupboard. Asked to have room changed and was begrudgingly given better room. My room looked like it needed a jolly good clean. TV not working, dirty marks on bedding, window would not open. Looked through room window to see shoddy electrical workmanship with uncovered wires trailing...
