Room was clean and tidy but very small (room 9) Lovely breakfast, even though it did involve a walk to the sister hotel on the Saturday morning. Staff very nice and friendly while there. Would we stay there again? Probably not. Even though the room was quite nice, as they were still advertising vacancies during our stay it would have...

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. on the 4th and 5th of February. Our room number 6 was at the back of the hotel and tiny, the bedside table was halfway down the bed as it didn't fit next to it meaning I had to get in from the bottom. The view from our window over the rotting...

Stayed in room 2 with lovely views looking out over the sea, this is the only positive. The room was shabby and small. Stains on carpet and upholstery. Could not turn radiator down. The toilet and shower was a cupboard with a sliding door which didn't work (did myself an injury) also not very private at all. On arrival was...

We had an amazing check in experience- the reception girl was lovely, although no where to be seen on check out. We only stayed one night (in room 2). Initially walking into the room, at first glance, it looked quaint, and fresh with clean white sheets and a great view of the ocean. And then we opened our eyes- the...

Stayed for a week as my work had booked this hotel. The beds are very uncomfortable you can feel every spring in the mattress, I wasn't given a clean towel instead they gave me the same towel that i had used the night before which was still wet. The back of the hotel is disgusting with pigeons sitting and defecating...

Arrived here for a 1 night stay, and on entering the bedroom (room 2) it was freezing cold, although reception did give us a heater to put on. The bedroom was lovely apart from a couple of stains on the furniture and carpets. We decided against breakfast at the four seasons hotel after reading the bad reviews on TripAdvisor. Get...

Lovely welcome from staff, very relaxed atmosphere and cosy clean deluxe room with comfy bed. Rooms are small but we don't care about that sort of thing, the price is incredibly reasonable for what you get. We had a nice seaview and the sounds of the sea were very soothing at night. We chose not to try breakfast as we...

Made a booking for another 'hotel' on a different booking site. On the day, an hour before due to book in, received a call to say that they were over booked and they would be placing us in their sister hotel with a sea view. We had travelled over 3 hours to get there so cancelling was not really an...

Great welcome on arrival which was nice as we had a terrible journey from Burton on Trent taking 7 hours because the M54 as closed near Wellington and diversion signs not good , then I had a guy stop abruptly in front of me and got bumped from behind . Anyway the hotel was fine comfy and cosy in room...

Great location but tired rooms in need of an update and very little storage space for clothes, we had an en-suite 2nd floor room with a rear view of a roof & dilapidated courtyard so not great. Nice big bathroom but in need of renovation, the bed was awful with springs clanging when you turn over so not a great...
