We stayed in Caernarfon as we were attending a wedding nearby. We arrived earlier than first check in, as the wedding started at 3pm. This was no trouble for the owner who showed us to our room and told us what he could do for breakfast - we're both vegan! Breakfast was amazing. We normally have to take our own...

We stayed here over the easter weekend for two nights and actually I am currently writing this while sitting in the dining room! A terrific guest house and lovely hosts. Mary is a gem to talk to and they make a mean breakfast with all the goodies. The homemade sausages are fantastic for the vegetarian and the scottish pancakes are...

My boyfriend and I spent two nights in this well styled, clean and homely B&B. The breakfast choices were impressive and the quality high. The owner made us feel very welcome. The parking was not a problem as it was just a 4 min walk away and free. We would certainly stay here again.

Stayed here in January with my boyfriend. Nice little b&b, owners were chatty and well looked after at breakfast. Loved the wallpaper in the rooms and beds were comfy. Parking was a bit hard but managed to park down at the harbour in the end, was also bit hard to find the place but would recommend

We enjoyed one night at Cartref on a fleeting visit but we would quite easily have stayed another night. A warm welcome to a very comfortable and spacious room which had a very peaceful and serene atmosphere. It was actually quite difficult to drag ourselves away from a lazy late afternoon cup of tea and biscuit. Great location in a...

We have just returned from spending two nights over the New Year at Cartref Guest House within the historic town walls of Caernarfon. Roger and Mary take pride in their Guest House; we stayed in a double room (room 3) at the front of the house on the street; it was very quiet I think a couple of cars each...
