When one hears about the outdoor menagerie at The Guest House, the indoor parrots, and the friendly cats that come and go, one might imagine that a stay at The Guest House would involve a certain amount of clamor and hubbub, but nothing could be further from the truth. Jenny and Kevin are consummate professionals, they know what is required...

We wished that we could have stayed longer and this great bed and breakfast. The breakfast is superb and Jenny and Kevin are brilliant hosts. You will also be entertained by the parrots and the chickens and ducks in the back garden. Lovely mountain views and within easy walking distance of the town centre too.

My room (Blorenge) had a great view that included all the various breeds of poultry in the back yard. I would highly recommend this B and B to anyone...

The breakfasts are to die for! The ambience is great with talking parrots, a three-legged sweety of a cat, chickens out the back, and a real no-nonsense approach to running the place. Their focus is on making really sure that you are enjoying your stay. It's relaxed and friendly and I'd recommend it wholeheartedly.

From the talkative parrots, (Sammy and Alfie) to the 3 legged cat, (I Lean!!!) our hosts Jennie and Kevin made our brief stay very welcome and went out of there way to be helpful. We were in Abergavenny looking for properties, and...
