We stayed at the Castle Hotel for 4 nights bed and breakfast and had a wonderful time. We were looked after very well and made to feel very welcome by reception (Carol) who also checked us out. All the staff were very good but must say an extra special thank you to Ian who took the time to chat to...

E were greeted by friendly & helpful reception staff on arrival - easy car parking opposite hotel Very good double room with good ensuite. We had excellent meal in the restaurant - local Conwy mussels at reasonable prices. Good Welsh breakfast in morning - service a bit slow but we were in no hurry. Certainly would go back.

We had the pleasure of staying two nights at the Castle Hotel – an impressive historic building dating back to the 15th century, located within the medieval walled town of charming Conwy. We’d selected the Castle based on its reputation for olde worlde charm and excellent cuisine. Generally the hotel lived up to its high regard; from the Shakespeare restaurant...

The staff make this hotel !! We booked 3 rooms for my wife's 40th birthday weekend. We had an absolute blast. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff are the best thing about it. We had 2 kids with us, and they Bent over backwards to accommodate them. The food was lovely, the cocktails were fresh made and did...

Have just had a really lovely stay with my daughter as a little treat. The hotel is very friendly and staff are helpful nothing is too much trouble. Our evening meal was delicious. We also thought the breakfast was exceptional. The beds were very comfy and we left feeling very happy and relaxed. We will definitely return.

A very well located special old building that sits like a regal grand old lady in the middle of the high street. The laid back ambiance of the establishment and its smiling helpful staff do it justice in spades. The only slight disappointment was the central London price of breakfast!. A smashing hotel in every other respect.

The Castle Hotel in the middle of Conwy offers an all round excellence from the Bar to the restaurant to the rooms. The restaurant meals are some of the best I have experienced in the UK. The staff are attentive, welcoming and quietly efficient. I love old coaching Inns that have been turned into hotels and have retained their character....

We booked this last minute after a dire e Perrin was st the Quay Hotel in Deganwy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Champagne on ice when we arrived in our room, double spa bath...absolutely everything has been an amazing experience! Can't wait to come back!
