Stayed at the castle hotel for a celebratory birthday weekend. We were very kindly given a complimentary upgrade to our room to the next level up. We were very well looked after for the entire duration of our stay. The hotel itself is lovely steeped in history, has a very authentic coach house feel to it and is obviously proud...

Nice hotel n the middle of Conwy ideal location for touring around North Wales, Anglesey, Llandudno, Snowdon etc The rooms were lovely and the £99 winter rate B & B was excellent value as would not have wanted to pay £17.50 for what was a lovely breakfast just £35 for two for breakfast seems a lot of money. Had an...

Thank you for your lovely review! Yes, we are very pro-active on our special offers and these can only be found via our own website or direct through the hotel (the "big boys" of online booking like charging hotels commission and we feel it better to pass this on as a saving to you directly!). Really surprised by the quality of this hotel. Been to Conwy many times but didn't realise this place existed. It's got everything from very stylish rooms to an excellent restaurant. The hotel is right in the heart of this beautiful and historic town. Perfect.

Arrived at the castle hotel to be greated by Brian and zoe, they were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We dined in the snug, the food was amazing and the staff were excellent. The bed was massive and so comfortable. Everything was perfect even the seagulls morning call. We will definitely stay again.

this was my second visit to the Castle and I still love it. Great location, beautiful building, great food, fantastic wonderful helpful staff, whats not to love. Best breakfast I've had in a hotel for a long long time, basically you can have what you want and as much as you want regardless of your dietary needs. Must mention the...

We decided to stay at the Castle Hotel as a little treat for my husband's birthday. We stayed in a room at the front, above the bar area. It got a bit noisy at night, given the popularity of the bar but the phonic insulation was pretty amazing and we weren't disturbed by it at night. The room was very...
