An older style hotel and the rooms probably needed a 'facelift', but it was fine. The location was good and we enjoyed the views over the River Dee. The only downside was that, while the service was excellent, the food in the restaurant was mediocre.

No not at all/. We read a review of someone who said they were bitten by bed buts in a certain room but its not true as far as we know. The hotel was clean and we had no problems at all.

We stayed in a first floor room with a double bed. I cannot remember the room number but our bed was lovely and soft and we had a terrific view of the river and Dinas Bran 😀
