We stayed 3 nights in total, and thought the hotel quintessentially olde English/ Welsh quaintness. Our room (2) had beams across the ceiling, small but adequate bathroom, and 2 brass beds. The tea tray with cookies, and carafe of port a lovely touch.
Stayed the night after a wedding in the area. Room was clean and spacious.
Had a cooked brekfast in the morning which was fine.
All the staff i came accross were friendly and accomodating.
Couldnt fault the place really, bang on!
When my husband and I stayed at Gales we found that the parking was quite good. Albeit that at one point we were parking behind a car the owner of the vehicle was not going anywhere and was okay with it.
