The staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was pretty good. We stayed in one of the annex type rooms. The room was dated and the bed not as comfortable as expected. If compared to Premier Inns and Holiday inns which i stop in all the time for work i would say its not as good nor as...

Had a wonderful stay, will recommend to family and friends. All the staff very friendly. This was our second stay. Food excellent in the Bar and Dining Room. We stayed in one of the Lodges of which it had been Refurbished, of which we could not fault.

Stayed in a deluxe lodge over the week end and give it ten out of ten... the staff were very friendly and efficient, facilities and location was spot on too.. Room was very spacious and clean only downfall was that the mattress was quite lumpy. Thanks Waterloo hotel hoping to return in the summer

Brilliant January day trip with Anglesey Vintage Society made very welcome by all the staff and the Sunday lunch for our 40 plus members was excellent. Great Value and service with a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, nothing was to much trouble for the staff.

Just come back from a 2 day stay here it was great. I have to say the good was excellent and plenty of it as well. The deluxe lodge had plenty of room and was very comfortable. Great location as well to do anything from. Definitely go back

We stayed here for 2 nights between Christmas and New year. We had one of the pet friendly lodges at the back of the hotel. The room was great. It had patio doors which lead out to a decked area with table and chairs and then onto a grassed area which was great for our dogs. Inside their was a...

We stayed at this hotel for a break. The pool/steam/sauna was described as a leisure centre. Unfortunately that's exactly what it is. It could be a great space if the lights were dimmed windows blacked out and made it more a spa experience. That said I have no issues with the actual leisure centre. We stayed in a motel style...
