Arrived into 2 days of new ownership by Genette and Steve. Nice welcome and great room. Walking distance to centre with therefore some good restaurants near by. Car parking at the rear. Lovely clean and laid out room with bottled water and tea/coffee/biscuits, comfortable bed. Reasonable size bathroom with nice shower. Great breakfast. Not much to dislike!

We broke down outside the B&B late last night. We weren't guests, the b&b was full but they invited us in and were very kind and helpful ensuring we could get safely recovered and on our way. Thank you very much! Highly recommend this place, such a stunning part of the world.

It was a complete surprise when the owners told me & my wife that they had recently taken over AND it was the first B&B they had run! This would be enough to put some people off, but theres no need to worry - they are a lovely couple and they are doing a top job. The B&B has been...

The owners were very welcoming and the place was very clean. Good distance from local pubs and restaurants. Amazing nights sleep , comfy bed , nice clean shower and toilet. Breakfast was perfect. Nice coffee too. We will definitely be back and would love to stay here again. Loads to do in the area. Can't wait to come back.

You have embraced your Baptism of Fire; amazing to think you took over this B & B less than a week ago, in high season! Great quality, hospitality and little extras mean so much - thank you for chilling our champagne for my 50th birthday, apologies for broken glass! The hugest congratulations and all the very best for the future...

5 minute walk from town centre. Ample car parking. Great walks from doorstep. Spotlessly clean & well presented b&b. Nothing was too much bother for this lovely couple who have recently taken on this business. Tea& cake on arrival, chilled our celebratory champagne, provided champagne flutes, wealth of local knowledge for walks. Very comfortable & quite house. Breakfast second to...

Very friendly welcome and whilst unpacking were treated to tea and Welsh Cakes. The rooms are absolutely spotless. A good choice for breakfast with a good selection of fresh fruit. The cooked breakfast was served quickly and was delicious. Plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and the bathroom was excellent. The views from the windows are breath taking, so peaceful....

Usually when we stay at B&Bs we have a couple of niggles but overlook them because the owners do such a great job. This time there weren't any niggles. Jen and Eddie are lovely, the rooms are spotless, attention to detail is fantastic, as is local knowledge. Breakfast was superb and on returning this evening our room was cleaned and...

We only stayed one night but were very pleased with the friendly welcome and the clean, comfortable and stylishly furnished room with nice little extra touches. There is a good private parking area easy to get into. The B&B is situated on the outskirts of Betws within a reasonable walk into the centre, probably about 15 minutes. The breakfast was...
