The Afon View is a very well presented, character filled B & B, the fittings and facilities have been thoughtfully modernised. Afon View is right on the main street in Betws-y-coed. The host is very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, the breakfast was great. Lots of nice little touches such as the toiletries, biscuits & chocolates. The... More

Love Afon View! The breakfast is so yummy and I love their coffee. Staff and host are very nice. Mike is really helpful and friendly - offer help & suggestions since this is our first time to visit the town. Also accommodate our sudden request as my sister was crashing in (thank you, Mike!). Location is strategic, only 5 minutes... More

Mike and Barbara are very attentive hosts. We had one of the smaller rooms but enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room attractively furnished. Breakfast was lovely with a choice of Welsh cooked, vegetarian cooked or scrambled eggs with smoked salmon. Highly recommended.

We spent a lovely few days here whilat in the area walking and cycling. The B&B is located on the main road through town, close to restaurants and the like. Parking is available at the rear of the property via an unsurfaced path. Wouldn't be great if you had a sports car, but we didn't, and our bikes found a... More

I was on my own last August 2016 and stayed 5 nights in Afon View. It is very well located, just 5 minutes from the train station, on the main road. It has a private parking and it is also possible to park in front of the house. Nice small front garden with a table and chairs where I spend... More

Stayed here for two nights in August 2016. B&B was clean, food was great, hosts were warm and welcoming. Stayed in the family room and found it very comfortable. Would certainly recommend this B&B to others.

If you were going to try and pick any fault with this place, then the only thing you could say is that breakfast is served just a little early for those who spend their working week getting out of bed early and like to get up a little later when on holiday. Monday to Saturday breakfast is 8:15 - 9am... More
