I have stayed in a number of guest houses and bed breakfasts over the years but I don't think I have ever been made more welcomed than I was over the first weekend of November. Me and my wife travelled up the A470 from the deepest and darkest part of South Wales for a four day break in Betws Y...

We were met by a very friendly couple who made us feel at home straight away. They were attentive and caring throughout. The breakfasts were very hearty, if anything slightly too big but we can't complain! The rooms had all necessary facilities apart from good wi-fi but that is down to the area i'm sure. It was nice that the...

I cannot say enough about how good the Glan Llugwy is as a place to stay. The breakfast is, as others have said, brilliant and sets you up for the day. It is an ideal location for the exploration of Snowdonia whether as a walker or just a tourist. The rooms are clean and well kept and have everything a...

We enjoyed our stay at the guest house, I cannot agree more with the other reviewers that Graham and Jean makes you fell very welcome and looked after. Due to accident and unexpected road works we arrived much later than expected but they kindly waited for us. The room was clean (top floor) and although we had a shared bathroom...

I stayed in this Guest House with my teenaged daughter. Graham and Jean were very friendly and welcoming, and were happy to accommodate our need for an early breakfast - they discussed what we would like on arrival and it was ready when we needed it. It was also very good! The room was clean and the beds comfortable. We...

The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean, as was the bath. Jean and Graham are excellent and gracious hosts. They were full of advice, and even lent out a copy of a book on local trails. Highly recommend!
