Was no valentines theme here today, but that didn't dampen the lovely lunch we had today. The cauliflower soup I had was tasty and well seasoned, with a cute little 'loaf' of bread. Was unsure of what to order for main, so asked the waitress. She suggested the beef stir fry, so I went with her judgement...😖...it was AMAZING! Lean...

Wonderful afternoon tea with Prosecco at the Lemon Tree. Tasty sandwiches with delicious fillings on both brown and white bread..so fresh too. Superb home made cakes and scones with jam and cream....forget the diet!! Lemon Tree is a must. Cosy rooms and well chosen fixtures and fittings. I don't need an excuse to return here.....look forward to it.

My husband and I booked an afternoon tea through groupon. Booking was no problem and the service excellent. I am a vegetarian and warned them in advance but that wasn't necessary as vegetarian options were readily available and not just cheese or egg!!!!! The food was delicious with lovely homemade cakes and scones and adventurous sandwiches. So nice to find...

Hotel is easy to find with free parking (but very tight car parking spaces be warned ) Check in wasn't that friendly which can put you off when you first arrive. The woman just said." Name, 2 nights, then handed us key and pointed up to room" we had booked a king...

We often pop in for a spot of lunch and we always absolutely love it:@)We find the staff warm and friendly and the food is just delicious, all in a lovely setting. I'm a bit of a cheese fan so adore the brie and bacon paninis. I noticed on last couple of visits this was no longer available but after...

So I have recently visited The Lemon Tree for the first time with some friends for afternoon tea. The food was really lovely! Couldn't fault it at all. Would definitely go back for the food. Unfortunately the treatment off the staff was appalling. She didn't make us feel welcome at all, in fact she made us feel like we weren't...
