What a find : situated about 1km from the town centre. This is a warm large farmhouse with the essential modernisations. The rooms are spacious with hotel standard bathrooms. Tasty breakfast and the tariff is great value. Only stayed one night but would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment and hopefully will return during a different season. A gem.

Situated within 5 minutes walk from the centre of town. Safe Private car parking available at the rear of the Guest House, additional to front street spaces. Stayed here for 6 days, in late October, whilst visiting relatives in greater local area. Felt like home from home. If you fancy an evening drink without the worry of driving a vehicle...

We found this to be a comfortable and clean B&B offering a lovely breakfast and parking onsite. We use it as a base when we attended the Hay Literary festival and explored the Brecon Beacons. Great location and easy to find.

Very pleased to have stayed here. The very old house has been tastefully decorated with a modern feel. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of choices. Handy for the town centre. If we stay again I would ask for a back bedroom as there's constant traffic noise and general other noises but I would say it is very good value...

Stayed here for the bank holiday weekend while meeting with some old friends. My wife and I are both a little bit fussy about where we stay and we are not fans of B & B's due to bad past experiences but this place has changed that. The room was very clean and well decorated with a comfortable bed and...

Our room was very spacious and comfortable and the owners were very helpful, helping us to dry out wet walking gear and giving us recommendations for dinner and trips. Town centre was a 10-15 minute walk away. A very good choice was available for breakfast.

Spent a comfortable two nights here. The friendly owners made us very welcome. The room was large as was the bathroom. There was plenty to choose from the breakfast menu including fresh filter coffee. We would definitely return.

We stayed for 1 night and were offered a very cosy little room at the front of the property. It's in a quiet area, about 15mins walk from Brecon centre, and therefore no noise could be heard from the road. The room was a good size and the breakfast excellent. With only 9 rooms in this guesthouse, we could see...

As has been previously mentioned the decor of this guest house is perhaps a little dated and the floors are wonky and squeaky but it is a very old building and as such has a certain charm about it too; We loved our stay here. One of the owners, Mandy greeted us warmly in the rear car park and showed...
