Everything was perfect: spotless modern comfortable room, very nice bathroom, wifi and amenities excellent, staff friendly and helpful at all hours. First time in an Ibis, and it will be my first choice for future business trips in UK.

Room was extremely basic, but clean. Very expensive for what you actually get. Hotel was 15 min walk from city centre. Hotel is ok, but a little like a travelogde's poor relation. Would use again, but not with the family.

Hotel staff friendly, double room was clean, bed very comfortable and shower excellent. Room was quite basic but that reflected on the price. There is no parking but there is a car park around the corner that charges 6.30 for 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed on the 3rd floor at the front, there is a...

I booked a one night stay at the Ibis Cardiff because of it's great location opposite the Motorpoint arena. On arrival the staff were very friendly and check-in was quick and easy. I stayed in a twin room on the first floor. The room itself was nice, it was clean and fairly spacious. The bathroom however, is small and seems...

Nice clean room and pleasant stay. Room quiet even though near train track. Nice and close to city centre. All staff encountered were friendly enough. Wifi was very slow. Did not have any food but seemed ok and snack prices were decent. Food Hygiene rating of 4 out of 5 might put some people off.

I stayed at this hotel purely because I had won vouchers in work, and I happened to be staying in Cardiff for the weekend, and the vouchers could be used to stay at this hotel. I wish I hadn't! Upon arrival, there were two female members of staff are reception, one appeared friendly; the other was VERY rude! I couldn't...

I stayed here over the May bank holiday weekend and it was great. It's a 5 min walk into the main town which is super handy. The room is fine, a super comfy bed. It is located out of the way of the main town which was great as it was noisy due to the local clubs. The only negative...
