The room was as expected, it was clean and adequate for the 3 of us. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Would come Back if in the area! Very reasonable priced, and as guests staying in the hotel you can use the wacky warehouse play area for free! Lovely bonus

The hotel is clean and functional with very friendly staff and a good pub next door with good food. Price was reasonable and breakfast was very good. The car park has a lot of mud and filth around it, I has a bad slip but managed to stay upright and the mattresses have seen better days - thin and creaky.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Staff friendly and good food. Only problem was the log fire got out of control and the restaurant was filled with smoke. We had only just started our meal but instead of a relaxing time we had to contend with the fire alarm going off and smoke making us cough and my wifes eyes were...

Food is good. Value for money good. However the staff could not care less about good customer service . The restaurant could do with a clean and update . Lack of ambiance . Dirty plates and cutlery. Good smokers area and play area outside. Plenty of room in the restaurant for customers

We had food in the restaurant which they got our orders wrong. And the waiter tried to make us have it anyway. Our TV in the room was broken and kept turning itself off. We had two big spiders in our room.

One small quibble is that there is no food of any kind after 10...

Stayed for a rugby international (when there was still some Northern Hemisphere involvement). Rooms are simple but clean with everything you need. Bar fine, breakfast good. I particularly noticed the friendliness of the staff.
