I recently stayed at this hotel and was fairly impressed. Firstly the hotel is directly outside Swansea station and located close to restaurants and shops though the choice is limited. The hotel staff were very friendly and checkin was very quick and literally took a few minutes. The room was very large however there was no safe in the room...

We stayed at the hotel several weeks ago and had a few issues. I wrote into the general manager twice, but she can't be bothered to respond.... Positives - the staff on reception were brilliant. Really friendly and efficient. Parking on Sat night was free due to the Sunday market on in the adjacent car park, very comfy bed, good...

Rooms nice and also clean, air conditioning wasn't working properly, but staff were accommodating with an extra duvet. Standout breakfast and our server Will couldn't do enough for us. Recommend for helpful and efficient staff alone and well appointed for business.

We booked a cream tea for my fathers 80th birthday on Saturday afternoon. The age group was from 15 years to 86 years. The food was served on slate platters and the savouries were extremely tasty. When the desserts arrived each guest was served with a full slate platter to themselves, and were delicious. The teas and coffees were served...

Visiting Swansea to see my daughter at the University, she had heard good things about the The Grand, so she booked me in. The welcome from the Night Manager as I was very delayed due to traffic, was lovely, room 303 looked OK as I dropped my bags, before dashing out to meet my daughter. It wasn't until I returned...

The Swansea Grand is a great venue. My most recent visit was with my mother and sister to watch Dirty Dancing in September. While in comparison to other venues such as the Millennium Centre in Cardiff the Grand's decor is dated this doesn't detract from the experience. Smaller than alot of venues the Swansea Grand is an intimate venue allowing...
