Detailed Reviews
Very efficient, nicely designed, compact rooms. Fine for 2 nights - we had a 2 double bed room for 4 people, which was a squeeze with very little storage but fine for 2 nights. Nice staff. Rooms sealed off and plenty of hand sanitising stations; staff all wore masks or shields. Taylor & Clay restaurant excellent with a great vibe and very good breakfast and coffee as well. Only drawbacks were noisy bar downstairs (not part of the venue) and weak shower pressure. We loved the location in the Cathedral district - central to loads of great restaurants and shops, plus not too far to Titanic quarter etc.

OMG the minute you walk in you feel so welcomed. Its funky trendy, spotless, rooms have everything you need, loads of towels in the bathroom and both shampoo and conditioner. Fresh milk is supplied every morn. The beds are just sooooooo comfortable and the breakfast the next morning is piping hot and so delicious.
Cant wait to go back

My partner and I stayed here on Sunday night we arrived a bit early but our room was ready they let us know all the info we needed to know around covid ... our room had been deep cleaned with a seal on the door .. you could tell when we walked in . Also instead of coffee tea in the room we got a bag with coffee tea milk to take up with us ! Great touch ... also with booking in July or aug you get 20 Bullitt pounds so a free breckfast ! Not a buffet fresh made lovely start to the day ... quirky hotel ! Loved it staff always there to help in any way ! We will deff be back !

Hotel is very new and modern however dinky king room is tiny, no storage space for your clothes - two hangers provided in the room to hang your clothes onto but no wardrobe space or anything which is very bizarre for such a new hotel. Not ideal being an adult and having to live out of your suitcase for a few days. Also no house keeping offered to us. Stayed for two nights and nobody came to our room to clean it can understand restrictions for current pandemic but was not even offered to us, bin in the room was overflowing by the time we checked out. Food in the hotel is nice and in a good location but feel it should be specified when booking rooms that there is no place to even hang up your clothes.

We booked to stay in The Bullitt on Saturday night with friend. We wanted to try a restaurant in town and the only reservation we could get for dinner was 3.45pm, check in at the hotel was 3pm so we were on a tight turnaround.
We arrived at the hotel at 3.10pm and waited in the queue to check in. When we got to the desk we were told our room wasn't ready, we explained we had a reservation for dinner at 3.45pm and if any other room was available we would take it instead, the girl at the desk got her supervisor who told us nothing was available they were fully booked and basically just wait! The supervisor offered no apology and made us feel like an inconvenience to her for letting her know we were in a rush to get to our dinner reservation. We were left waiting 30mins until the cleaners were finished, we got to the room at 3.50pm, rushed, frustrated on now 20mins late for our dinner reservation which was a ten minute walk away.
The room smelt like sewage was small and dark (the deluxe king comfy) There was no towels left so we had to ring down to get towels left up.
On check in they gave out a paper bag on with tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk. There is no fridge in the rooms to store the milk??
They also gave out a yellow card and explained with this card you don't have to queue for the hotel bar or the rooftop bar Babel, just show the card on your return and walk straight in. When we returned later that evening for a few cocktails in Babel and we showed the card only to be told sorry we are full by door staff.
We were left unimpressed by The Bullitt, i understand staff are under pressure due to covid restrictions still in place, but manners cost nothing. We will definitely not be staying again and will not be recommending to friends or family.

Sink blocked in the bathroom and sewerage coming up from it. It was unblocked by staff but they could not move us to a different room as the hotel was full.
In my opinion the room was not obviously cleaned correctly as if housekeeping were to clean the sink correctly I.E run the water in the sink it would have fill up and the problem would have been spotted.
The window did not open in the room so we could not get rid of the smell.
Room was described as a dinky but I did not realise how small it was going to be. (maybe my own fault)
Will not be staying here again.

We visited just for one night during the weekend and were impressed with its set back location and large modern rooms. However, they played music in the courtyard area so it was noisy and was hard to sleep even past midnight. Everything else was fine and the takeaway breakfast option was a nice addition.

Friendly staff on check in desk gave us our room keys, when we opened the room door there was already another couple in the room we were totally shocked as were the couple in the room!! Back down to check in they gave us another room, tv didn't work they sent service woman who advised to turn it on and off and if not working after 10mins ring check in desk, rang check in they sent another employee who couldn't get tv working. Then we noticed the safe wasn't working, a manger was sent to our room when I explained everything that had already happened he told me "you have a new room... check!" I asked could he get the safe working as we wanted to leave the hotel, he asked was it priority, seeing as we had been given a key to another guests room I thought it was. I realised the air con in the room was not working and asked him if he could show me how to work it he told me "turn it on" we asked could we have another room which we eventually got and for the trouble 2 tins of premade cocktails! Good location but won't be back.

Great location - very central to everything in the city centre - loads of great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Really attentive staff. Mask wearing was adhered to and plenty of hand sanitiser stations available. Had a great breakfast twice in the courtyard and had drinks there one of the evening and were well looked after by the staff on each occasion. Comfortable bed with great shower. Will stay again the next time I'm in Belfast.

I love Taylor and Clay and the bar downstairs. I have been several times in the last few months and I always have a very enjoyable visit. The food and staff are lovely. Last weekend I went to Babel on the top floor and it was an entirely different experience. The restaurant has stylish decor and should be packed but we were only one of three occupied tables and I soon realised why. The music was so loud we had to lip read and four separate requests to turn down the ridiculously loud music down were ignored. There is no atmosphere, the staff are very young and barely able to interact with the customers and the menu consists of a choice of four pizzas which are served in cardboard boxes (what is the point in going out if you are given a ‘take away’) and the boxes were too big for the table space. Unlike downstairs, you have to pay for every round of drinks and every course of food separately and then you have to persuade them to take individual payments because they insist on single payment transactions which is unreasonable when you are part of a mixed group. The outdoor bar was better but give Bable a miss and go to Taylor and Clay instead.
