So it’s not often that one right to review in the midst of a pandemic and it’s not easy for any hotel to run a half decent service while this is going on. I just think it’s important to say that the people of this hotel have gone above and beyond the call of duty they are quite superb in no uncertain terms and all I can say is thank you for making my stay as comfortable as possible given the circumstances. That being said the hotel is great the facilities are superb and its a great location

Stayed last night on a black Friday deal. Fantastic value for money. Had a three course meal in the hotel's Novelli restaurant and the food was cooked to perfection. Breakfast this morning was excellent as was the service throughout. Bedroom was large, spacious and well appointed. We had a riverside room with great views across the port of Belfast. Thanks to Billy for his warm and friendly chat and attentive service. Great hotel, this was our third stay, and happy to recommend it.

Booked the AC Marriott during the current pandemic for one night and ended up staying four nights. The hotel is relatively new and the facilities were very clean and the room, particularly the large king size bed, was very comfortable. The hotel is relatively central to everything in Belfast but slightly outside the very centre in a commercial district next to the river. We asked for a river facing room which I’d recommend. Staff were excellent and I could not commend them enough. Always difficult singling out people, but Barbara on reception, Billy at breakfast service, Anna (?) who waited on our table several evenings and the two restaurant managers were really excellent. Food was great, and highlights were the Hake, the rib eye and the burger. Only criticism would be given we stayed four nights, and could not eat outside the hotel, that the menu could be changed or refreshed in some way. An addition of a special for example, would have added some variety. Likewise, given the alcohol ban, the choice of soft drinks was very limited. However, we were very comfortable and the staff worked very hard to meet our needs and we really hope we can visit the AC Hotel again when travel is easier.

I would like to highly recommend this new modern and comfortable hotel in Belfast. The food from the restaurant at both dinner and breakfast was superb and Billy on breakfast service is a real asset to this business. Very welcoming and very professional with old school charm.

We stayed here in the midst of the pandemic, making an emergency/essential last minute visitor a family funeral. All of the staff were attentive, friendly and kind to us at a very difficult time and went out of their way to help. The food was great and the views from the restaurant across the water are lovely, as are walks along the banks of the river. We hope to back in more pleasant times and can’t wait to stay again. Thank-you.
