A little way out of city but easy access by both bus and train. Excellent, friendly staff, nothing is to much trouble. Handy for visiting Queens university and Botanic gardens both just at back of the hotel..

We had a double room with two single beds. Everything as expected. Enough room to store our small suitcases. Beds are okay. Bathroom was clean. The only thing is, that you can here all the noise from the bathroom, as it is a very thin wall. Location is good, 10 min walk from Botanic Garden, 10 min to Queens University,...

I spent three nights in the Ibis in March 2017. The hotel is by no means cheap. I paid some 350 pounds. My room looked into a churchyard and was very quite. It also was clean and well-organised. The hotel offers no frills. The built-in bathroom is rather spartan and breakfast offers a quite limited assortment of food. The hotel...

We were there for only one night but the room and service were both great. As we got there earlier than check-in, they offered to give us a room, but we were fine just to drop our luggage at reception. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, breakfast was tasty and the room was spacious and neat. A big shower and...

Well positioned hotel, about a brisk 20 minutes walk from the city centre. Rooms are clean and comfortable and adjust your own room temperature. Staff friendly and helpful. Free on street parking available. Well worth a stay.

This is our second time staying here, and I doubt it'll be the last. We stayed two years ago and Thomas stands out as being both helpful and exceptionally friendly on both occasions. My only small complaint is that there wasn't much left for breakfast when we got down, but in fairness it was after 9:30am so it was probably...

Had a room on the 6th floor in the corner with a big patio style window and two other windows, lots of space and a shower that fit both kids in together. the staff were really helpful and accommodating. Had a brilliant night`s sleep
