Pros: The Hotel is in a great location. The room was clean. Cons: The room got very warm when we were there and it was too noisy outside to open the windows and sleep well. The dinner at the Hotel was overpriced and not as good as the food in the restaurants in city center.

The main problem for us was being recommended to a car park that was shut initially, was told that it was £6/day and then found we had to pay £14.40. This needs sorting and the reception briefed on the issues

Spent a week on holiday here.very good value . Very clean and tidy . The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The food was well presented and tasty but was a tad restricted but the close proximity to the town centre meant bars and restaurants were in walking distance

Decent location although not really in the heart of City Centre. Rooms are pretty spartan but are clean. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. No bathroom amenities aside from all purpose shower gel so bring your own. Location is very noisy.

A short break with lots of trips packed in so this hotel was good for its location for us to reach various departure points. Bedroom adequate, clean and you can open the window which is a must for us. Staff very friendly. For breakfast there is a good choice.

Nice clean room ; bathroom actually a large cupboard with no bath, only shower (boo) but it was a very good shower. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast good but not a patch on Pontin's (the best you'll find of this type) : no cornflakes or muesli or porridge, instead 'fibre' cereals to keep you going ; no tomatoes...
