We were there for three nights including a weekend stay. The staff remembered us from our stay there last year and treated us very well. The quality of the Executive Lounge and our room upgrade was tremendous. Highly recommend this hotel for the location and the quality of service.

Having stayed in most of Belfast's hotels we would only stay in Hilton because of it's location when attending a show at the Waterfront next door and so was the case here. The staff are very good. The hotel condition is good and the rooms are average but definately on the edge of a full refurbishment. The bed was showing...

I enjoyed my one-night stay at this hotel. It is very well located for the law courts and centre of Belfast. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. There was plenty of room (and light) to work and the minibar was well stocked. The breakfast was good though the servce was a tad slow.

Hotel is perfectly located for exploring the city and close to majority of tourist attractions. On arrival, we found the room we had been allocated was not to usual standard that we have come to know and love of the Hilton chain, but after speaking to a member of staff on reception, our issues were resolved more or less immediately...

Signage is a terrific problem on both sides of the Irish Border for the American Traveler. This hotel, though large and imposing, is not easy to find. Parking is problematic in a huge concrete garage next door. Why no valet parking? Room was really small but bedding was good as was the view. The staff was excellent, however, and the...

I'm at Hilton for business for about 4 days. The hotel itself is nice, but what makes it is the staff. The staff is very friendly and ready to help, just overall pleasant. They took time to remember you and to make sure they could make the visit as easy for you as possible. The restaurants on site are very...

We stayed at the Hilton for 4 nights whilst on business travel. It was a late booking so the price was higher than we are used to, but hey - it's the Hilton :) The good things: Good location - close to the centre and the train station. The hotel is an older hotel but it has been kept in...

I come here on business and have to say each time is a pleasant visit. Customer services great, food nice even though the wine is expensive. Use the gym and the rooms have great space and are I would say swanky

I said here for Valentines for 3 nights. Nice clean modern hotel, rooms were nice and spacious and clean. Bar was lovely. Location was just brilliant...BUT....the reception staff were not at all accommodating, friendly or helpful. As a reservations manager myself for the past 5 years I could not believe the manner on them. So unhelpful and down right rude!...

I would like to thank your staff for a fab night away last night - not only were they all amazing but the young man singing in the bar was something special. As we arrived he was playing and we couldn't stop ourselves from going in to listen to him - for over 2 hours!!!! He made our night!
