This hotel is perfectly located for those arriving at the City Airport. The bus station is at its rear and a taxi costs less than £10. The greeting that I received from Linda, at the reception, is the warmest I have ever experienced. The hotel's beautiful lobby is impressive, apart from the cumbersome revolving door - great if you want...

Very friendly staff as you would expect in Belfast. Rooms a bit small but very nice. Breakfast excellent. We're there for a function on Saturday night and late bar was complimented by late breakfast on Sunday thou breakfast to 11 and checkout at 11 is not in sync.

The most outstanding aspect of this impressive hotel is their customer service. I had the pleasure of dealing with Alle on the Reception Team who, via email prior to our visit, agreed to upgrade us to an Executive Room to help us celebrate my Husband's Birthday whilst we were there. As our flight landed early in the morning, he also...

Had a flying visit and stayed here for one night. Our flight arrived in Belfast at 9am but checking not until 3pm. We dropped our bags at the hotel and left them with the concierge and went off to explore Belfast. When they say checking is 3pm they literally mean it - 2:55pm was too early to check in. We...
