Stayed for one night following a performance at the Grand Opera House which is next door to the hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive despite being busy on a Saturday afternoon/night. Room was a superior room on the 10th floor with good views over the city center. Room was clean and tidy. Had dinner in the hotel before going...

Bang in the centre of town! Robinson's and the Crown across the road, two minute walk to the shops. Rooms are cosy, good crack to be had in the bars. We didn't get to try the restaurant but had a sandwich in the bar.

This is a beautiful hotel. Hard to believe it is said to be the most bombed hotel in the world. It has come a long way. Very comfortable and very quite. Good location. Good breakfast and good service. We only stayed here one night. No trouble during our stay.

First, let me say that I did not stay at this hotel which is in Belfast’s City Center. After dinner at a Belfast cabaret, my friends and I went there for cocktails. They wanted to show me the hotel dubbed as “the most bombed hotel in Europe.” It’s obvious that extensive renovations were done because the lobby in this four-star...

Been coming here for years, lovely rooms with the most comfortable beds I've ever had a snooze in...like sleeping on a cloud! The staff in every part of the hotel are so so helpful and will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cosy. The breakfasts are yummy and the dinners delicious! Running out of adjectives now...

Great location, right in the centre of Belfast. This is a very modern hotel with modern facilities. Service personnel were helpful but not overly friendly (busy city hotel). Rooms do not have air-conditioning and fans are rarely available. The rooms which are moderate in size can get very stuffy and if you open windows then they can also get noisy....

Stayed here one night on business, first experience of this hotel. The location is very central and convenient for the business traveller, and the public areas are quite grand. There is a lovely bar on the first floor and the bar staff were really great and full of good suggestions. However, it wasn't such a wonderful experience in my room....

Wow !!! What a wonderful hotel The rooms were comfy, had bathrobes and thick towels. The breakfast buffet was huge and had lots of tasty choices. The restaurant and bar were very good. It was a stop for the Hop on/ Hop off bus. Thanks Rachel at the front desk for your help!
