Stayed here for three nights at a conference. Conference facilities good, room spacious and comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was very busy due to conference but coped well with numbers at breakfast and plenty food available until end of service. I am allergic to feathers and duvet and pillows changed quickly for me. Location was great to see...

The superior room was fantastic. We arrived early morning and asked for an early check in - no problem. We also asked for a late check out and again this was no problem. Staff were great, the usual amenities which were great also and a very quiet room. We didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but there are lots of...

My hubby and I stayed in the Executive Suite here. The bed was huge, really comfy and the linen smelled really freshly laundered. There's a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, water, shampoo, body wash and body lotion and plenty of towels. There's a smart tv on the wall, tea and coffee making facilities, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel is situated...

Would highly recommend this hotel, great location just behind the Europa Bus Station, within the city centre. We had an early flight into Belfast and arrived at the hotel for 9:00am to drop our bags, we were very grateful for the faculty to have coffee and breakfast muffins available in the lobby free of charge. Very nicely done. The rooms...

We were upgraded to a super room on the 9th floor. The room was clean and fresh and with Bluetooth radio and internet ready Tv. No mini bar or fridge...
