Had tickets for a show in the sse arena so booked this hotel well in advance. Location was perfect. Right beside the arena few minutes walk to entrance. On arrival there was no one at reception, the reception area is a bit all over the place. Tried to check in online at the booths but as it was before 2pm...

Trip spoiled by problems with parking resulting in additional costs of £16 for one nights. Poor explanation of where to park and difficult to see signage caused the problem. To be fair the arrival notes mentioned this as a problem but did not explain well where to park.

We booked a.show next door in the SSE AND this was so handly to walk there and back. The room was perfect and we slept really well. It was clean and had everything we required. I would definitely return again

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It's simple, clean, friendly, quiet and helpful staff. Me personally thought also located good. Most sightseeing places are in walking distance. Only negative, I wasn't to fond of the breakfast.

Choose the Premier Inn due to its close proximity to the SSE Arena, as we were attending Marvels Universe. Very pleased with overall stay for the price we paid, which included breakfast. Checkin was straight forward and staff courteous. Room was fresh, clean and comfortable. Good range of TV channels also available. Parking (within the Premier Inn carpark) was at...

an excellent hotel if you are wishing to spend time at the Titanic tourist attractions. Clean, friendly. It is situated about 5 minutes walk from the Titanic Experience. The SSE Arena is next door as is a cinema complex.

Stayed here for five nights and had the usual good comfortable stay, had a room on the fifth floor overlooking the harbour, nice and quiet even with window open. Used this hotel as a base working all over Northerrn Ireland and it's a good base for this, Newry is only a 3/4 hour drive and Bushmills just over an hour,...

There was pee on the wall of the bathroom that had not been cleaned off, hairs on the new 'clean' towels, the restaurant is not open for lunch and the car park costs a fortune. The bed was good and I got a good night's sleep but all these little things put me off staying here again.

Hi Colin Thanks for reviewing your recent visit with us. While I'm really pleased you found the bed comfortable and slept well, it's a shame the rest of stay wasn't up to our usual standard. I'm most concerned to hear about the cleanliness within the bathroom as all rooms should be thoroughly serviced before check-in. I've passed this on to...

Beside SSE arena. Very handy for concerts and ice hockey games. Comfortable, clean hotel. Friendly, efficient staff. Good food and great night's sleep. Have stayed here quite a few times and will stay again. Recommended
