The management are arrogant, rude and dismissive. I was told that I could cancel my booking without being subject payment despite being within their 48 hour policy. But they did not honour this. Instead they charged me for both nights without my knowledge. When I noticed this the following week, I pointed it out to them but they and ignored...

They didn't had enough beds for our reservation, there was mould on the ceiling, the bathroom floor was damaged and there was no window covering in the bathroom and bedroom. The staff tould us that this was normal for a hostel, but I can't agree with that. I won't go there again.

The staff was very nice and friendly. Answered all of my questions about the area and gave me advice on where to go. The living room had a big TV with Netflix, so proper chill out area. The breakfast had sausages, eggs, bread, marmalade, peanut butter and hazelnut chocolate butter plus porridge and obsv coffee and milk. The whole staying...

Do not stay: 1.) locks on doors have failed. 2.) no hot water and mould on ceilings of bathrooms. 3.) wifi signal poor. 4.) heating systems broken. 5.) staff who live in treat place like their own house...

This was a disgusting place to stay. Mould on bathroom ceiling and in shower and general dirtyness plus limescale, very dusty. Found several boggies on the walls including in the shower. Stains and rips on bedsheets. However there are good communual facilities available and free WiFi.

The place is neatly maintained, people are amicable, warm, welcoming and receptive. Rooms are good, though packed tightly with beds and moving space is very very less. But very cheap and affordable. Includes a decent breakfast. Perfect for short-term stay and travellers travelling alone or with friends. But located a little far away from the City centre and all the...

We stayed in this hostel two nights in a double room. The rooms was clean, the breakfast is plenty, and the location is good to visit the town. Recommended :) I would return if I would be in Belfast again.

In 10 GBP what more I could expect to get in the UK.... I should say nothing more than what I got from City Backpacker..! Rather, I am happy with the staff, their cooperation, bed, quilt and linens, comfort, and most surprisingly the complementary breakfast(!!!) within this very 10 GBPs. I pre-booked the facility through booking.com and it was fine..!...
