No, really! Donna is the best hostess ever! Beautiful and delicious breakfasts in a warm, cozy, sunlight room with lots of variety and clean, comfortable rooms with plenty of privacy and quiet. I will stay no where else in Belfast. Honestly, I don't remember a television, but it wasn't missed if there wasn't one. We stayed for two nights and...

Not only is this great B&B clean, homely and in a lovely part of town but its staff is committed to making your stay as enjoyable as possible. Upon arriving I asked for some local advice about my plans and Donna (the proprietor) proceeded to spend a good ten minutes with me suggesting little walkways, mapping out my route and...

My family and I stayed at The Roseleigh House in Belfast for three days and two nights. As I walked through the grand, cherry-red doors, I knew this was a modern yet traditional bed and breakfast. We were welcomed by a lovely owner who chatted to us like we had known each other for some time! The house was a...

An excellent 2 nights stay. Host James is charming, personable and very welcoming. The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean. After having stayed here, if we came to Belfast again, we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!

We received a very warm and friendly reception with a cup of tea and shortbread biscuit. James explained about the area and supplied some brochures Breakfast was second to none.It was clean and really well presented with tea...

We stayed 2 nights at the Roseleigh House and it was wonderful. Donna goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great stay. She gave us wonderful tips and things to do; most of her suggestions were the best part of our Belfast trip. The room was cozy and cute. Breakfast was outstanding, wifi included and near a...

This was my second stay at Roseleigh House and it definitely exceeded my previous most enjoyable stay in 2013. I spent 10 of my 13 nights in Ireland at this guest house and of the 3 other places I stayed, Roseleigh excelled by far. Roseleigh is located in a beautiful, quiet area of the city close to public transportation, restaurants...

Amazing customer service so friendly it felt like extended family. One of the nicest breakfasts. Why would you not stay in b&b's when there as good as this. Massive bed and that's saying something when I'm 22 stone and 6ft 3. Amazing and thank you.

This was a cosy, comfortable home from home. The house was beautiful and the area a leafy and attractive quiet street. We stayed 2 nights but could have stayed all week. Breakfasts were excellent, beautifully presented and cooked. Within easy walking of several excellent pubs and restaurants Donna was very welcoming and helpful, even suggesting and then booking our next 2...
