It is not the most modern hotel but have to say we had a great time staff very attentive entertainment great craic would definitely stay again. Don't expect luxury its clean and food great Patricia and kitchen staff great

We stayed here on the 28th of November upon a trip to Belfast. After staying in a hotel in Newry the night before and having a bad experience we decided to take a trip to Belfast and stay the night. Staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Rooms a bit dated but we didn't mind as we only wanted somewhere...

Terrible night, staff were rude and facilities were terrible, not worth the money spent. Attended a gig at the hotel and immediately I was treated more like a threat then i was a guest, staff were extremely rude and did not have any manners or courtesy about treating their guests

What can I say only thing missing is basel Food was good at bar but room was very dated and freezing. toilet like a eglu I wore my clothes to bed. As room that cold i wish booking.com reviews wouldn't lie about reviews. As this hotel a complete joke.worst I've stayed in. Ever

Stayed here on route to Derry. Arrived on a Saturday evening and the place was heaving with a Halloween Ball on. Rooms were very jaded and needed a re-vamp. Went to the bar for drinks, ordered cider but it was flat, barman poured another pint which was a little bit better but not much. Didn't fancy another one so opted...

Booked ere for one night stay was horrified at the rooms, faulty towers wuldnt be in it..staff amazing food amazing we enjoyed are stay regarless as every other hotel booked out which we tried to move on. Patrica breakfast staff amazing culdnt do enough for us as other staff kevin, jackie etc..thanks for your hospitality guys..#roomsneedrevamped

Very nice quiet calm hotel,bar so relaxing and food is so amazing also good in price,staff very helpful and friendly and everything good in price..we had a lovely stay and would love to go back any time,downfall tv in room did not work but no big drama a big tv in the bar..a lovely hotel to stay

Stayed here lately for a night nice enough hotel room was nice an clean bathroom much same . Might be no harm to re grout tyles in shower other wise it was fine . Had some food in the bar which was quiet good great to see locals eating there which is a good sign. Handy for parking few mins...

Was the most disgusting room I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in some right dives the shower curtain had mould as did the walls in the bathroom The bedroom had dirty sheets and the t.v had no remote and didn't work do not stay here

We stayed at the Lansdowne for one night and chose the hotel due to its location in proximity to Belfast Zoo. The hotel is part of the Metro Inns chain.
