My son and I went to the Lansdowne for Sunday lunch and it was wonderful. I had not booked a table but they very kindly found room for us - it was a very busy restaurant. The carvery was wonderful - it had something for everyone. The price was equally very reasonable.

I stayed here on a Friday and Saturday night while in Belfast for a course. Our room was on the first floor right beside the fans from the kitchen and what sounded like the burner for the heating which was going ALL night. We went for breakfast at 8am on Sat morning we were the only people there we had...

I booked a twin room for 2 adults. I was told they would give us a room well away from the noisy Disco. I said yes. The Room they gave us should be Condemmed! It was on the top floor. It was like trying to sleep on a board on the M2!!! The Noise was HORRENDOUS from the traffic on...

The room was lovely and comfortable nice big TV, lots of hot water. Not noisey, quiet and best of all it was not expensive compared to other hotels in Belfast. NO charge for parking your car unlike other places. Will I stay there again A BIG FAT YES

Not a bad hotel overall. Good location, warm clean and good bar and restaurant facilities. Only downside is the hotel does look a little tired but I guess this is reflected in the price. Couldn't fault the customer service and the room was very spacious too.

Outstanding service from begining to end. More than helpful with wheelchair access . Staff from time of booking have been a pleasure to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. Couldnt recommend highly enough and will definitely be back soon x thanks for making our christmas dinner a great experience x

Very tired hotel-priced accordingly. Do not go if you're expecting anything above basic. Funny smell and the nappy thrown from a window previously mentioned still there. If you're not fussy and just want a bed okay.

We stayed here on the 28th of November upon a trip to Belfast. After staying in a hotel in Newry the night before and having a bad experience we decided to take a trip to Belfast and stay the night. Staff couldn't have been any more helpful. Rooms a bit dated but we didn't mind as we only wanted somewhere...
