Nice stylish hotel located in a residential area of east Belfast. It is approximately 10 minutes from the city centre by taxi (£6) or 15/20 minutes by bus (£2). There is a bus stop across the road from the hotel. One of the hop on hop off bus tours also travels along Belmont Avenue just around the corner from the...

The desk attendant was helpful and successful in resolving fraudulent cancellation which would have resulted in my credit card being double billed. That was wonderful mostly because it completed the rest of the stay: great room; delicious dinner special; substantial breakfast to get us on the way to the day's activities.

We stayed here for 2 nights - Sunday to Tuesday to a very disappointing stay. As we were travelling from the south of Ireland when booking the hotel WIFI was an absolute must as our phone networks didn't work in the North and also I needed Wifi access for work. It didn't take us long to realise that the WIFI...

Very clean hotel with fab Marco Pierre White Restaurant. Female staff at reception could have been more helpful but all other staff great. Good location if visiting Titanic experience. Booking in advance for the restaurant is helpful as we were initially told that we couldn't get a table for an hour, despite the place being quiet with lots of free...

Just returned from lunch in the Marco Pierre White restaurant in the Park Avenue hotel. The meal was very poor and was not hot when served .Everything was piled on the plate and was not very appetising. I will not pay a return visit to this restaurant.

We booked this hotel because of its location beside Strand Cinema. From the outside it looks stylish and modern. The reception / checkin was quick but the receptionist could have been more welcoming and could a smile from a front desk does go a long way; but alas we did not get one. We got a room on the third...

This is a pleasant hotel. I have never stayed overnight but have dined at the Park Avenue several times and the food is tasty with good service in the restaurant. Not much to do nearby if you're a tourist but it is on a bus route into the city centre and Victoria Park which is a very nice park for...

Where do I start ? I was gonna celebrate my birthday at Marco Pierre. The lady at reception was so cross and unfriendly ! Then we go up to the room I would rate it very bad 2 star . Then we complained first they wouldn't give us a better room nor a refund to go somewhere else. To my...

Good afternoon I have investigated your comments throughly before replying and no matter how professional I feel we dealt with everything, you obviously feel you were treated unfairly and for that I apologise. However, if I may have the right to reply. I feel it is unfair to say that the bedrooms were 2 star. We are 4 star graded...

Thank you for taking the time to post a review on behalf of your daughter. I was sorry to learn of your daughter’s difficulties during her stay but without knowing the details of when this would have been, unfortunately I am unable to research further. I was wondering if your daughter had mentioned to any of our Management on duty...
