The staff were welcoming and all very friendly and helpful, good local knowledge about where to go and what to see. Room was clean and tidy and warm. The food in both the bar and restaurant was excellent and reasonable price. Service in both was very good nothing was too much trouble. Good sized car park so no worries about...

It was our first visit to Belfast and the Park Avenue was recommended to us by locals. Reception was friendly and helpful. Our room warm and welcoming. The bar on a Friday evening had a guitar player who won me over with his first song, Bob Dylan's, "The Times They Are A Changing". Good choice of items at breakfast and...

Standard room a little old fashioned/dated. But the bed was a lovely size and very very comfortable. Bathroom a little small but more than adequate. ALL the staff are efficient friendly and very capable. The food in the bar and the restaurant is very good and well priced. Bar staff are very good. We will try an executive room next...

Receptionist was very helpful on arrival, room was not ready but she sought us out in the bar where we were dining and gave us our room key when ready. Food in Bar was very good, great choice but service was very slow - both to take our orders and to prepare (even the deserts). We ate in the bar...

Had a meal here in hotel lounge. Good service and food nicely presented. Will dine here again. Atmosphere was pleasant although dining area up stairs in lounge was a little dated. Caesar salad was a pleasant surprise in quantity and quality.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here at the end of february in an executive room. Huge bed which was super comfy and the room was just fab- so modern. It made such a difference to a lot of hotels we've stayed in, the staff were all so friendly and the breakfast was super tasty in the morning. The room was...

Stayed here at very short notice for a friend's funeral. Maybe it was just the occasion and my mood but I felt that standards had slipped a bit since my last visit. Two housekeeping issues. 1) Someone had cut a hole in the bathroom wall (see photo) and left it like that. The Receptionist thought it might have something to...

We stayed last Friday night. My husband and I have stayed several times in the park Avenue over the last few years. Staff are always courteous and helpful. Spacious rooms. Bar food is good. We ate in the restaurant on Friday night and thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The restaurant and bar were very busy but this did not have any...

This hotel is beautiful and could not fault the hotel itself. Food was fabulous, rooms was spacious and included a jacuzzi bath. Very clean and lovely staff. The only downside is its location, for us it was a bit outside the city but that was our own fault.

I was in Belfast on business; the hotel is very convenient for City airport. I was greeted by friendly staff, the room was smart and comfortable, and at breakfast the service was polite and prompt. A couple of (very minor) niggles: the wifi signal in my room wasn't that strong, and I couldn't figure out the remote control for the...
