I've been a few times to the Balmoral and have never been disappointed and my recent visit was the same as always! Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and my time there was well enjoyed and i'd be back again.
Beautiful food and staff were so nice and helpful. Me and my friends had a great time, I honestly couldn’t recommend a better restaurant. We all had the steak on stones and was lovely. Also had some cocktails which were amazing!
Went to Balmoral hotel for Sunday lunch and what a disappointment. Service was terrible we approached manager to ask if someone would take our food order after waiting 10 minutes she pointed to a waiter and said he's your servicer.

Arrived early , smell of paint in hotel give me headache , 2 single beds in room, hot water in shower can't be adjusted, workmen scraping Walls 8am , definitely a memorable Valentine's disaster won't do that again
