Location is in a quiet neighborhood, 20-30 min walk from city center / Cathedral district. Breakfast ok – omelet, toast, milk, juice, coffee, tea. Bed very confortable – We have a huge room. Shared bathroom: One toilet and one bathroom. The bath is impressive – apparently the same type that was used on Titanic. One minus is the hot water...

Evelyn gives good advise about what to do in Belfast, and she cooks a terrific breakfast. It's about 20 mins walk from the city centre, and at about 5 mins from her place there's plenty to do too (Ulster Museum, pubs, university, botanic gardens). The B&B is in a victorian house, which is very nicely decorated. The B&B is right...

Evelyn runs her business as a beautiful home. You feel welcome from the moment you step through the door. It's situated down a little path off from the road so it's really quiet and relaxing. The decor is straight out of vogue- beautiful. Breakfast is delicious. The place is near Botanic gardens and lots of lovely pubs. Plenty of street...

The difficulty in locating this B&B is more than offset by the many positives you get when you arrive. The room we stayed in (Room 1) was massive. Plenty of space for luggage, wonderful large windows that let the sun in, a good sized wardrobe for hanging clothes & a desk large enough to handle all the devices that needed...

The hostess was very friendly and truly interested in what we were seeing and where we were from. Had a wonderful chat at breakfast each morning and the food was delicious. The bedroom we were in was very spacious and had a great bed and desk area.

Stayed here for a weekend to see a concert and take in the sites. The best bit was probably the breakfast which set us up the day and never made it so true to say that breakfast is the most important meal! There's a stunning Victorian ceramic standing shower and Evelyn's little dog is a great personality. Overall i'm chuffed...

Just stayed for one night following a wedding in the area but would highly recommend this B&B. Evelyn is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble and her dog is just adorable! Everything you want...clean room, good facilities and cooked breakfast. Evelyn's is a bit tricky to find (there are two turnings for Wellington Park Terrace- she is the...

We spent the week touring around the beautiful Causeway Coast, and decided to spend one night in Belfast. This little B & B was just what we wanted. A nice quite area but near enough to some lovely restaurants. Our room was lovely, bright and clean. Breakfast was very good. Our landlady was very welcoming and friendly. The period bath/shower...
