I stayed here for a work trip. The staff were lovely and friendly but the room was very basic, one super flat pillow. The shower went hot and cold as soon as anyone in the building used the water! The breakfast was okay but the coffee was instant and the juice was squash not fresh juice. At £65 for one...

Stayed here for one night, in a triple room with my husband and adult son, when we took our daughter to Queens University. Room was spacious and had everything necessary for a short stay. Free Wifi.u The shower room was small but adequate, although a small shelf would have been useful to place toiletries bag on. A hand towel would...

Title says it all, i left this place unshowered. Was no hot water in my shower and water in Belfast is freezing thus cold shower was not an option. Staff said there was an issue with the boiler and i got the impression this happens frequently i.e. boiler is small and the hot water just runs out. My bathroom also...

Wife and I went when we took our daughter back to Queens. Left hotel booking late and nearly everywhere booked or much more than we would like to pay. Wasn't available via normal booking sites. However, wife stayed before and rang and they had a room - double the normal price, but that's supply and demand for you! Is a...

We spent one night at the Botanic Rest Belfast in September 2016 when visiting the city for a university open day. We were travelling as a group of 3 - parents accompanying an older teenager. The Botanic Rest was easy to find and free parking on the street outside. Check in on arrival was really quick and easy, all done...

Stayed here for 2 nights. The rooms are very basic and quite small and the beds are really really uncomfortable. There is no elevator for people with reduced mobility. Many of the rooms are not ensuite and there is a communal shower / toilets on the first floor. Personally don't like the idea of having to share a shower with...

The tour agent book me in this Accomodation and had a single room, tiny place, thin walls you can hear your next door neighbor snoring! Didn't have hot water in the morning! Breakfast was very poor in quality!

lovely room, helpful staff, the lady serving breakfast was very friendly and the tasty breakfast set us up well for the day. Also the location was ideal for walking to many attractions & downtown shopping- great selection of places to eat and drink right outside B&B.

Stayed here last week for one nite with my 12 year old daughter. Old building with old decor. Room was ok. Didn't like that the window was half boarded up! Felt claustrophobic! But we had a great nites sleep and breakfast was ok! Staff really friendly. Would recommend for a one nite stay.
