HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I planned the trip to Belfast for my boyfriend's birthday and we booked Etap Hotel last minute, very last minute, while we were dining and we got a very good deal. I loved the room, now since it is a budget hotel, of course It Is not luxurious like the Europa hotel and I think that was the beauty of...

This review is ONLY relevant for a family. Slightly dodgy part of town, right beside a Nite Club named "Filthy McNasty's". Need I say more. Rooms are very basic (which is fine) but there was a lot of noise on the floor that we stayed on. (Stag or hen party?) Having said that, when we explained the situation to the...

This hotel was excellent value and in an ideal city centre location. It offered a basic, no frills clean and comfortable room. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were travelling on belfast to cairnryan ferry and hotel was a great base for an early 6am start

Me and my friends went to visit amazing Ireland and we weren't wrong in choosing Etap Belfast. We arrived very late at around 12:30 midnight but we were kindly accommodated by the staff. There was a fire alarm error though that woke the entire guests of the hotel but after we were assured that everything else was fine, the rest...

This hotel was fine. Small rooms, well-planned out with modular furniture to save space. My floor could have been a bit cleaner (vinyl flooring). At £88 per night for a double and the same for a twin, I felt it was a bit pricey compared to what you get at say a Premier Inn or Travelodge. No tea and coffee...

Spent 1 night here with 2 friends at the weekend. Rooms very small an basic but fine if it's just the 1 night. We had bunk beds in our room but was very claustrophobic with 3 in it. Shower & toilet separate. Didn't eat in hotel so can't comment on it but beautiful Chinese restaurant next door. Few pubs around...

Ibis Budget / Etap hotels are basically the same all over the world, and we've stayed with them through-out Eastern Europe and the UK. Etap isn't a luxury hotel but you get a clean, good room and nice staff for an affordable price and you can't really ask for more. The room was nice and airy and even though the...

Busy night in Belfast with few rooms left in centre. Picked ETAP as it was in a quiet area, or so I thought. Basic room, but ok until the nearby nightclub started. Had to ask for room to be moved, which staff did. Sink was not draining in the alternative room, but it was quieter. Would have been acceptable at...

Dear Guest, I was sorry to learn that your stay on this occasion fell short of your expectations and I apologies for any discomfort or inconvenience caused. Hotels operate a flexible pricing policy so that, as with low cost airlines, the price depends very much on levels of demand. This policy allows us to promote very attractive prices on some...
