Stayed here one night with my partner as we were attending a concert and had friends staying in a hotel near by. The location is fantastic, you are within walking distance to so much of belfast. Staff at checkin were lovely and very engaging - gave us some handy tips. I was just disappointed with the room - It felt...

Fantastic stay at Malmaison - hotel was very quiet, friendly and welcoming staff. The room itself was spacious and clean albeit a little bit dark!! Dinner in the brasserie was beautiful, a lovely meal, gorgeous cocktails and staff very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Belfast.

A scruffy old gem with friendly and helpful staff. Lighting so poor I needed to use the torch on my phone! Very dusty and in need of a good deep clean. Chipped paintwork and cheap furniture. BUT a very comfy bed and a delicious breakfast. We would return but ONLY after a refurb programme.

The location is great. Near to the centre and to the waterfront. There are a number of good restaurants just 5 or 10 minutes walk away. The decor is very dark and some of the main areas are looking a bit tatty. There is free Wi Fi which is efficient but you need to keep logging on, which is rather...

Lovely hotel, parking off site but just across the road and around the corner. We were charged 20£ for two and a half days that would have cost 46£ if we had not had the concession from the hotel. Central city location. Staff friendly, courteous and helpful. Room very clean and toiletries large and quirky. I would definitely recommend this...

Stayed for 3 nights whilst husband attending a conference. Good sized room, very comfy bed and very clean. Bathroom a little on the small size though which I found quite cramped...I am a slim 5'2 so not sure how a much larger person would find!! The one real problem I had was the lighting- it's so dim and not easy for...

Very stylish conversion of an old warehouse. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning; not something that concerned us. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would stay here again as a treat.

Went to a cocktail masterclass at Malmaison and we loved it. We were entertained by the lovely Ronan all afternoon. Not only did he show how to make amazing cocktails (though mine had too much vodka, not his fault as we stole the bottle from him) he also kept us entertained with terrible jokes. One of the best days me...

Had a lovely 2 night stay in the Malmaison. Rooms can be a little dark, but this is partly in keeping with the boutique style of the hotel. Ours overlooked the street, a bonus as it's a nice area. Spacious enough for two people, although the bathroom, while well-equipped, is a bit of a tight squeeze. We enjoyed some very...

The room was lovely but very dark (apparently this is deliberate) but I found it off putting. Great location in Belfast close to cathedral quarter and all the restaurants bars. Our offer included a two/three course meal which was superb we shared the starter and I had hake for main - really tasty and good portion as was the dessert....
