The accommodation is the Halls of residence for Queen's university, so is quite basic, but comfortable, everything that you need for somewhere to lay your head and have a shower in the morning. Location is very far from city centre in terms of walking, probably over 30mins but Malone Road is a major bus route so transport isn't an issue,...

The price is very nice! The people are confused sometimes, but they are also very nice. You should call to ensure you got your reservation right (I needed to call 3 times to get my confirmation email). The bed and the shower are very small. The breakfast is great!

Had a very pleasant three night stay here, the price was right, breakfast was great, room was clean and the towels and linen provided were very clean and fresh. Wifi was free, but waaay better than usual free wifi. I only needed to log in once during my stay, it was always fast and it always worked. The reception is...

£39.50 including breakfast. Excellent value. Rooms are typical student accommodation. No frills. Don't expect boutique hotel style. Immaculately clean with en suite toilet and shower. Free wifi. It's really good for a budget stay in Belfast. The reception staff were amongst the most helpful, friendly and welcoming I've encountered. Very refreshing. Higher rated hotels could learn from them.

Perfect location, handy for local amenities and city centre. Breakfast superb! Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in room but appreciate limitations. Room extremely hot as I stayed during abnormally hot weather - would have liked to have been able to open window wider or had access to a fan. Overall excellent value for money!!!!!

Stayed for 12 nights as I was volunteering for the World Police and Fire Games. Convenient bus stop outside (8B - not Sundays) to City Hall. 30 minute fast walk to Waterfront Hall Had an en-suite room in Rowan. Village is well laid out with reception easy to find as you turn into the drive, the 'Treehouse' in the centre...

Stayed here for 10 nights whilst volunteering at the WPFG. Went down market with a non ensuite room. Room was comfortable in a very tidy campus. Buses run from down the road into the city. Breakfast was excellent. Reception was excellent. Probably better than most loacl hotels.

Returned to Belfast for one night for the WPFG boxing finals in the Ulster Hall. Booked in with a few lads and check in was nice and easy. The staff were very friendly. This is the student accommodation and is well laid out. I got my room with ensuite including breakfast for 38.50. A shuttle bus picks you up and...

Stayed at the elms for two nights for the springsteen show at kings hall. Rooms are no fuss but pleasant and very clean. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Breakfast was also very good and have. If you are visiting Belfast on a budget look no further.. For the price... Faultless.
