Stayed here with my partner for the weekend and loved every minute. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Ingrid and Dean ! The great room was beautiful, as was the décor throughout the hotel. Comfiest bed we have both ever stayed in, loved the small touches like a turn down service that included bottle of water each and...

We were booked in in January and really looking forward to our stay. Checkin by Emma was seamless and friendly she explained the opening hours of the various outlets and the Hotel even gave us the room we asked for as it had come recommended to us by friends which was a lovely touch. When I reserved I tried to...

Stayed at this hotel whilst in Belfast on business, and my only regret is that I do not have more free time to appreciate full range of facilities on offer. Front of house staff are extremely professional and friendly, as are they guys in the Cloth Ear, a wonderfully turned out bar, that serves good food and great beers. Look...

We highly recommend this place. The menu is set very nicely and the selection is perfect and coming from the hospitality back round, we could not have been more...

Spa, hot-stone massage and roof top hot tub fantastic. Outstanding meal in the Great Room a 9 course taster menu, service by Laszlo and our waiter Markus was exemplary. Possibly the best meal we have ever had. Thank you.

Myself and my colleagues came for afternoon tea on 21st December 2013. What an absolute treat! Sandwiches were fabulous, and the sweets were absolutely luxurious! We chose from a wide selection of teas and added champagne (well it was Christmas after all!) Thoroughly recommended and I'll definitely be back!
